I have booked a family holiday to Alanya, Turkey with Benztravel. Overall experience was great and would definitely go back again. Thanks to our Sales Advisor Eric who was great in delivering the holiday package we were looking for.

Best deal and fast service. I could not find any cheap flights to Newark online anymore but phoned up this agent and they were still able to book me on United Airline flight direct in economy class for a great price. The online price was 600 pounds more, so I was really impressed.

I booked four tickets Uzbekistan airways through Benz travel serving from Glen six months before we flying.a day before they called us said my four year old daughter tickets cancel we only can fly three people we have to leave my daughter.Glen and his team were helpless they were very rude .We waste10 hours with them on phone end of the day we have to cancel our tickets loose lots of money and paid £988 more to get new tickets from different flight.very annoying.They not deserve any star.Be careful guys.This is completely untrue we did send my daughter passport details to them on 15/3/19 five months before we flying and we didn't contact you guys day before we flying you called us day before we flying.Theh ruined all our plans they offer us few flight which is flying from different airport and going to different airport and 17 hours waiting time plus extra fees and they offer us full refund but when I said yes they just offered me £1600 back not full refund and that's refund we can get back in 2-3 days so we need money back in same day so we can book our flight for same date because we paid for hotel and taxi.They are cheaters and liers.

There is a number on the website 0207 318 8212 and this will take you to a totally different travel agent called BENZ travel. If you buy flight ticket they will ask you pay the ticket via email link ; please be aware not to fall for this scam.

Very rude customer service, they are great to take your money and absolutely no help to resolve any issues!
Pressurised sales tactics. I requested a particular seat and was told the flight was fully booked, i felt pressured into booking a flight £400 more . After paying a deposit 4 days later found out there were plenty of seats available on the airline i ACTUALLY wanted! When i complained i was told my deposit was non refundable non changeable.
When i complained that agent told me it 'was' changeable i was told they would not honor a verbal agreement.
I will not be using EVER again.
moral of the story......stick to an agent you trust and not the cheapest you find on a comparison site.

I contacted customer services to find out my booking.I was told that they have issued the ticket but through different travel company.
I staff on phone was not helpful and when I wanted to clarify he became rude and put the phone down.They even don't deserve on star.In future I wouldn't even think to do business with them.

Despite all flights being full on my chosen dates, Eric went the extra mile finding a cancellation for me at an excellent price. Superb service, 100% recommended.

so far so good. From the online chat service to the phone call and the follow up emails, I have had only a positive experience of Benz Travel. They not only found me a good deal on my flight but took the time to check that everything was just right for what we needed. Andrew was polite and helpful throughout.
