I’ve been a customer of Benz Travel/ Hoodaki for ages and I must say they have provided quality service in the past until my last flight ticket purchase.
As a loyal customer, I was expecting to receive a better deal. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite that happened. Unprofessional dealing from one of their staff, higher ticket price and poor advice are the reasons that made me decide not to purchase ticket from this company again.
I must admit it was partly my mistake as I did not bother enquiring from other travel agents since I trusted them with my travel arrangements.
As an advice to other customers, enquire from other travel agents before you book your flight.

Steve from Benz Travel was very professional and happy to assist. I was looking at different sites to buy a ticket and spent days to try and get a good deal. As soon as I spoke to Steve about the urgency of my ticket he made every effort to help and got me a very good deal when compared to other travel agencies. Within few minutes he processed my ticket.
