Benz Travel Reviews 

I chatted with Neil from Benz Travel today. It was a wonderful experience. We spent well over 1 hour and Neil was not tired of looking for different airlines and airports. We started with Manchester, then to London. I even asked the same question twice to confirm what I was hearing. At the end, he found a suitable airline for us at a lower rate compared with the cheapest we had seen. Neil is professional and experienced in dealing with a customer who knows what he wants just like myself. I have saved his details and I will use Benz Travel again.

The customer service we received was so nice. The advisor was so friendly and helpful and he tried his best to give me best deal and offer on tickets. I m so impressed with his hard work and dedication towards customers. Advisors name is Oliver.

The advicer Karen was very polite and very professional and her approach was to help the customers and has proper knowledge about her job.

Bad customer service. I wanted to book flight but they rushed me into booking hotel as well. They refused to cancel the hotel immediately thereafter even though booking was 6 months in advance and the earlier confirmation only said non cancellation on flight.

I don't recommend them

Steve is very good person and would do business again with him and would recommend all people to do business with him and his agency I waited 3 days to pay my ticket hi is very reasonable person

Very helpful finding cheap flights. Very polite will use them again when I travel. Very prompt with sending tickets and I was kept informed all the way.

Booked tickets twice with Benz travel and found they were cheaper than other travel agents. Eric showed superb and impeccable customer service, very patient and also called to check next day if we had made the flight as it was really last minute.
