I booked a flight for me and my son
On booking I paid for business class on way out and premium economy on way back
I even photoshopped the booking at the time
Now I’m being told I’m economy
They are liars
I booked what I said I booked
They also use the names

Or you’ll get scammed like I did

I’ve asked them 5-6 times now what public body I can make a complaint to against them

But they refuse to tell me

Discrimination against disabled act 2011. And as these chancers have now blocked my email address
I am now going to report them to trading standards and action fraud via the police

I have now reported these chancers to police and the fraud team at my bank
As they blocked my email address
Very unprofessional
No point calling them either
As can’t understand what they are saying
There English is poor to say the least

Paul at Benz Travel couldn’t have been more helpful booking our flights to India. He came up with various options on flights, prices and times, and suggestions and advice on what we should choose. I can not recommend them enough.

Of course, I have not got to my destination yet. But having stumbled on this site, looking for inexpensive flight, I chose the "chat online" option re an appealing advertised fare.Advised on chat well, bought fare, very good customer care in terms of allying doubts re disconnect to email etc. But having assumed fare purchase, company quality was shown, where, Paul - advisor, asked why I chose such a far from address take off.After my rationale, it was explained that for a further small fee, I could have same ticket but from closet airport. So, arranged flight change. Impressed with manner and assurance. So, definate 5.

GETTING DIFFICULT TO GET TICKET TO PAKISTAN AT REASONABLE PRICE DUE TO HOLIDAY SEASON, GOT TICKET AT RIGHT PRICE AFTER BEING LITTLE FLEXIBLE ON DATE'S.

Do not use this company, we booked flights to Florida, for December 2019, a month after booking the flights we were told they had been cancelled, they wanted to change our flights, lose a day off our holiday, pay more money and would not cover any excess expenses for us, ie hotel, transfers etc. The flights sold to us did not exist at the time and still do not, this has been confirmed by the Airline company , effectively they sold Ghost flights, a practice by disreputable companies. They do this on the premise you pay a deposit, and don't pay anything more till 8-12 weeks prior to flights. At which point when they tell you the flights have changed or the price has changed and that late on in the game it's too late to look around for alternative flights. We only found out because we tried to pay more money off early, it was then the whole charade came to light, i implore anyone who thinks they got a great deal to double check it, don't be surprised if there is a Monster of a nightmare lurking in your future. People like this prey on peoples dreams and hopes and care nothing if they smash them to smithereens , all for the sake of a few pounds. Fortunately we were in a position to re-book flights with a far more reputable company. We were only hoodwinked into this because we went via Hoodaki a company we have used before, I will contact Hoodaki to inform them of Benz travel illegal practices and let's hope they kick them off their website.
