Amazing service!!! The customer service i received from Paul was Outstanding! He went out of his way to find a great price for us with our preferred travel dates always maintaining complete professionalism. I came across them on the internet but i have saved their number and will be phoning them first next time i need to book any travel arrangements. Well Done!!!

When we were looking for flights to Australia we spoke to Paul who was very helpful and found us a very good deal. Paul gave us Excellent Customer Service, spoke very clearly and he was easy to understand. Paul contacted us on two occasions to check that all the information/confirmation had come through by Email. Speaking as customers we think he is certainly an asset to your company, and would definitely recommend using your company for future holidays

Oliver was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me find the best fare from Manchester to Lilongwe. Oliver booked tickets for me and issued them straight away. Very good service!

dealing with paul he was patient and gave me flight details in a way I could understand his customer service is on point and he will always call to check progress and if you call him he doesn't take long before calling back let me just says hes always available. and also he was considerate about the fact that I was travelling with my child and was able to give me flights that wont make it awkward for me in my journey honestly if people had this man customer service skills customers would be happy at first I was sceptical but he was consistent through out. great great great five star aint enough.

From the very beginning of my call he put me at ease and tried to find the best times and dates for my holiday and also package for me.

He was very attentive and listened when he needed to and not only that accommodated me to whatever would suit me best and then helped tailor whatever he could to make up the best package for me.

Marcus let me take my time to re-think some of the options and not only that he was very patient with me throughout my call, and from my conversations I could tell he not only took his work serious but also bought his personal skills to the job by being very caring and considerate. Not many employees bring that to the table, and this is why I think that he should be considered an absolute credit to not only the team but the company as well.

I believe Marcus is a rare asset to your company and should definitely be recognised and rewarded if possible.

I have a massive gob and I absolutely love boasting about good customer service and then of course the company, and I will most definitely do that on my social platforms. I am not that big at the moment but I hope to be one day and I hope from my experience this brings a great wealth of customers your way.

Steve was very helpful, he chose the right package for me, he listened to what i needed and within 5 minutes he generated the flight package.Steve also made the payment process easy as he stayed with me on the phone whilst following the link. Steve is a credit to the company, very polite and helpful. Many thanks steve i will 100% use this service with steve again.

My wife and I booked travel to Australia for January 2019. I had forgotten this is the most expensive month. My usual carrier, Qantas, offered ridiculously expensive tickets so we did our own searching.

The online search engines became frustrating, offering great deals one moment only to find they were not really available. And I'm not talking just about the "come on in" pricing they advertise that relates to a totally different time of travel. So in frustration I completed on online form and found myself soon talking with Ian from Benz Travel

He was fantastic. Seriously. He is a great listener with good understanding and attention to detail. He is also persistent in working towards getting the right flights at the best price. And all the time, he is very polite and professional. We were very impressed.
