bestbuy-officechairs Reviews

Very positive experience. Bought a business chair. Arrived pre built within 24 hours. But there was a small manufacturer defect. When I reported that BestBuy were all over it immediately; got the manufacturer to sort it in double quick time. The test of a business is how they behave when things don't go quite to plan and I was very impressed! When I need another chair I will go back to BestBuy.

Our needs were fully understood, and the process of choosing the right chairs was simple and streamlined. They arrived in perfect condition, and we’re very pleased with their quality and comfort.

Service from Best Buy is exceptional - nothing is too difficult for them to help with.

This firm advertise chairs as "leather" or "leather facing" when in fact the chairs are actually synthetic, faux leather. I nearly bought one, but only realised this when I contacted them to clarify. This is happening across the board, and there should be a clampdown on it; other firms are called to account for misdescribing items, but seemingly the furniture sector is getting away with it. I have added a star because they replied very quickly

Very good service from James at Sales and product arrived early next day by efficient courier who would have phoned before leaving, if we were not at home.

We had an issue, just over one year after purchase, with a couple of office chairs. I contacted Best Buy and explained the issue. Within an hour a fix was proposed and new parts will be depatched free of charge. Excellent customer care and I'm very happy to recommend Best Buy Office Chairs.

Amazing service!! Prompt service and response from James and quick delivery.

Excellent customers service. We made a mistake with our ordering and company couldn't have been easier to deal with in sorting out, even gave us options and helped us out.

I used online chat to talk to a representative (James) about an issue with the gas lift on my chair that I bought here. The response was quick and a replacement part offered without delay. Top notch service.

We ordered 10 chairs and they arrived on the day we had asked for. All good. Just to say they came in 2 separate Lorries and at different times - 1 came first, then about an hour later, the other 9. Just be aware this may happen & don’t panic. Thanks to James for his reassurance over the phone. Very good customer service.

Good price to quality. Delivered promptly.

Prompt response by James to all our queries.
Delivery to Northern Ireland arrived on time.
We were warned about self assembly.
Folding tables and stacking chairs were as envisaged, good quality and value for money.
Not over happy with a delivery charge to Northern Ireland, and integral part of the United Kingdom!

The task chair we purchased had a problem with the tilt function, the problem was diagnosed very swiftly and a replacement seat base was delivered. Excellent service.
