Find someone else to produce your materials. Customer service is difficult. Products are not produced in the US as advertised and shipping estimates are all inflated/incorrect.
When I placed the order, it was supposed to arrive on Friday, they took too long to setup the artwork, so it was pushed to Monday delivery and they would not expedite the shipping (even after I offered to pay the difference) to correct it. When it finally shipped from India (not "proudly made in the US") it hit a delay and was not delivered until Tuesday. They missed our event and will not offer any sort of credit to fix their multiple mistakes and false advertising.

Do not trust "48-hour delivery"
**UDPDATE** They have offered a refund on the order, but only after the delivery deadline was fully missed. It took a number of phone calls, emails & negative reviews to get any action on the problem (and they have asked me to remove my negative reviews). Had anyone been helpful when I first contacted them, I could have gotten the product in time. They continued to insist that the order was shipped second-day, when the tracking number clearly indicated ground shipping from the minute it was issued. The package also sat in Georgia for 2 full days. Bottom line--I will not order from them again, and do not recommend them.
Do not trust their current "48-hour delivery" advertisements, or their delivery dates shown when you order. I needed banners on a timeline, and have ordered through Best of Signs in the past. There was no option to choose expedited shipping as that was "included" in the order. They shipped my order via FedEx GROUND, and it will not arrive by their own "delivered by" date. Customer service has been non-existent.

Its been a year now since i ordered a banner and all i got was repeated emails about the resolution being too low even after me sending super high resolution images several times. Money lost so i wouldnt trust them, I have numerous emails to verify this.

Made a mistake in an order, tried to overcharge, jerked me around on a refund, came to a settlement, and reneged. Avoid this company as they are not honest, and I believe they are a scam.

I ordered an 8x8 banner and paid for expedited shipping. It didn't get here on the day it was supposed to, but luckily it came the next day in time for my event. The banner turned out perfectly and the price was great. I would have given it 5 stars had it arrived on the expected day!

You need to follow up with them, avoid
You need to follow up with them regarding proofs. They will not notify you that you need to approve a proof. After the proof was approved, they stated shipping would be in 15 days. 45 days out, still waiting for the shipment to arrive. Time will tell how this looks, but I would not do business with them again. I contacted customer service and explained to them my concerns and they were extremely rude and snarky.
