The training was really good, giving me the right tools to improve my practice. I Iearn so much and now I will keep all that knowledge to help my setting.
I can’t recommend my tutor, Maria Ahmed highly enough. She supported me every step of the way throughout my training journey. No matter how challenging a module felt, she always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I truly understood everything.
She was incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging. Whenever I felt nervous or doubted myself, she reassured me and helped build my confidence. Her guidance didn’t just help me complete the course — it helped me believe in myself.

Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship
I did my Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship with BPN. Overall, I feel I learned lots and found the webinars helpful throughout. However unfortunately, I had 3 different tutors for the duration of this course which made it hard for me to have structure and I found each time it changed they were unsure of what the previous tutor had done with me. I found the tutors I had very helpful and they helped me achieve my distinction I just feel it would have been smoother had they not changed so much.

Excellent Practice - Assessor
Hi, I am glad we have received a silver reward as partnership with Best Practice Network.
The assessor (Maria Ahmed) currently have is doing an amazing job supporting the learners within the setting and some of them have successfully achieved their qualification whilst the others are still on their journey of being qualified. Maria is passionate about her job role and has shown great positive attitude towards her learners and is able to support them well during their time and with the changes that have come into play over time and we plan to give her learners in the future.

EARLY YEARS SENCO LEVEL 3 JUNE 2025
I really enjoyed the course was very informative.

First Practice were very supportive and…
First Practice were very supportive and I enjoyed my time of learning with them at this age of my life. I didn’t think that I would be able to get through it but the support of my tutor the webinars and the other students definitely helped me to get to the end with juggling life , kids , work and all it’s ups and downs, I was very apprehensive about everything . However, having the coursebeing online made it easier to not have to leave the house and then negotiate travel and its tools are very useful and easy to use to navigate around.

Overall good
Lots of information given, great help from all tutors. Some assignments are slightly repetitive and too much focus on chat groups in the webinars but overall easy to navigate and inciteful.

This course was presented very professionally!
This course was presented very professionally at all times, with tutors constantly maintaining a high expectation of quality content and knowledge essential for SENCOs in all settings. They did a fantastic job of equipping us so well for our role as SENCO. The Best Practice Team were constantly supportive and accommodating, always quick to respond to emails or questions at all time. I would highly recommend this course!

I dont have a car, but I want to expand my skills. Therefore, being able to do a higher level qualification fully online, with interaction and support was incredible!

BPN - SENCo Level 3
The webinars were full of information, it was lovely to be put into breakout rooms to speak to other people from across the country and gain new ideas and perspectives. My tutor (Maureen Lee) was fab. She was so friendly and always replied within a timely manner whenever I contacted. The email team always responded quickly and were very helpful.
