Was referred to them by the job centre. Once I completed the enrollment form I received course materials which are badly written and doesn't help answer the required assessment questions. Then I received one out of the two invitations which was for Google meets which I wasn't informed that I will need a webcam which I don't have the other invation Google classroom where the handouts and other information is given I wasn't sent the invitation. I finally got one assessment done and was done wrong when I just used the course materials provided and was called out on my spelling and grammar when the course materials are badly written. The online account where you submit your assessments only contain 2 out of the 3 assessment. Have also emailed the tutor and received automated robotic replies where they have just pressed one of the pre written answers. I can't wait until the course is done which I don't really want to do now as it has really stressed me out and feel discriminated as they know I have learning difficulties and I will not be using them again in the future.

Waiting 3 mnnths for me egzam date. We are in September now waiting from June for my egzam day after completing everything what they ask me, after that time....no one answer my calls or emails.
Waste of time.

Dishonest budget company only interested in sales. Booked an AXELOS course (classroom based MOV Foundation and Practitioner) and was told it was completely separate to the Knowledge Academy’s course despite being in same building but actually it is the Knowledge Academy’s course - same dates/room/lecturer/materials etc just sold by a third party. My company no longer uses the Knowledge Academy due to sub-standard training and materials and the fact they don’t offer the practitioner exam in the classroom in the week of the course - it has to be booked at a later date as an online exam.
Also was told that the exam had indeed been arranged for the Friday in the classroom only to arrive on the course and find no exam had been booked and there wouldn’t be any staff here on the Friday at which point it was too late to arrange the exam!
Unhelpful staff who actually lied repeatedly from both Best Practice Training and The Knowledge Academy.

Son was booked into a course 22-24th January inclusive, suffers anxiety & panic attacks so was pleased in was in Peacehaven, which is local.
Night before the course get a message saying there are venue issues and course moved to Seaford.
Of course, Son didn't go as it made him feel even worse.
Messaged Peacehaven Council Community House and there was no such booking made by Best Practice Training !!
What happened, who isn't telling the truth here ??
Living in Peacehaven all my life, I would find it extremely unbelievable if Community House made an error !!
Disgusted is an understatement !!
If you don't want to be let down and you child messed around, I would suggest you avoid this "organisation" !!

Booked through Best Practice but the course was ran by The Knowledge Academy in Southampton (unknown to me! I had read their reviews which is why I didn’t book with them!). Poor joining instructions, poor communication. Lecturer was very average. Still waiting for my exam voucher despite being promised it on Friday/Saturday last week so it’s already been a week since completing the course. Complained via email to Best Practice as they took my money and was assured somebody would call me back (a week ago!)... still nothing! No response to a follow up email. So completed the foundation and passed, completed the practitioner course but still unable to do the exam as no voucher! Booked for a 5 day course to get it all done in one hit. I feel totally robbed!!! Everyone on my course felt the whole process was poor. The lecturer was not employed by best practice, he was employed by the knowledge academy. I booked on the basis of all the reviews being good with best practice but this course was run by a different company despite paying best practice directly! Very disappointed and would absolutely not recommend! Very unprofessional. Our class finished at 4pm every day. Not 1700!! There was no exam prep on the 5th day as per joining instructions, there was no 5th day!! They state “Delivering the highest standard of training” in their literature which is absolutely not the case on my course.

I undertook PRINCE2 Practitioner 2 day course in London. The tutor - Kara - was superb! She was extremely engaging and knowledgeable and explained the material very well.

The lady who booked the course for me and whom I was having email conversations with - Chloe - was extremely helpful as well.

The facilities were ok although it was nearly 30 degrees on both days and there was no air con.

The disappointing factor was the pre-course material which did not reflect the exam question format at all. I only received the relevant course workbook on the 1st day of the course which did not give me enough time to practice (the exam took place in the morning of the 2nd day), therefore please ask to be sent the workbook in advance, ideally together with the other pre-course material.

Having said that, I have successfully passed the test which I'm delighted about!

I have recently certified Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner and I am highly obliged to Best Practice Training team & Anthony Bradley(trainer).
While it was intense week of training, Anthony ensured to elucidate the concepts in a very sequential way & much to the likes of our understanding level.
His training helped me to appear for the exams confidently & successfully.
I would recommend Best Practice Training to anyone.

Would be useful to be able to see which questions in the exam you got right or wrong.

I would definetely choose Best Practice Training again. Excellent facilities in Eastleigh and the Trainer (Derek) was an experienced senior IT man with great energy and knowledge.
If I had something to propose would be availability of more sample papers but I don't know if it's up to the Training Center to provide.
I would recommend Best Practice Training for the ITIL Foundation course to others!

The company is very focused on Customer service, ensuring the course goes as smooth as possible and the correct resources and capabilities are available and managed to deliver what is needed.

Booked in for the exam only.

Even though the training partner cancelled the session, Best Practice made sure that I was still able to sit the exam as originally arranged. This included an offer to come to my place of work and run the exam in one of our meeting rooms, or to go to their HQ and sit the exam.

The week is extremely intense especially if you are relatively new to prince2 however, the trainer was very precise and detailed in his delivery. The evening reading is a must if you want to keep up.

Overall I highly recommend.

I underwent the PRICE2 Foundation and Practitioner course with Best Practice. The trainer was superb, and did a fantastic job getting me through this very intensive week. The location of the course and facilities were fine.

Very well planned & tutor had fantastic knowledge in the subject... lets just hope I pass!!

A very well presented course with lots of very good material.
The trainer was very experienced and had great knowledge of Prince2 and was able to teach it in a very practical experience based style.
Would highly recommend it.

My instructor's Project Management experience's and delivery made what could have been a very dull course very engaging. I would definitely recommend training with Best Practice. I am already planning my next training session.
