I couldn't be more pleased. The care and attention they give to finding the right instructors and providing a classroom scaled to support 1:1 interaction was much appreciated.

Really enjoyed the mix of people in the group. The trainer was very knowledgeable

Found the training good and broken down nicely so easy to learn effectively rather than overloading. Good assistance with exam preparation and ultimately leading to a good result and coming away confident of PRINCE2 knowledge at the end of the course.

Very simple online signing on process, great joining instruction with everything that was needed to be known.

The trainer was great, huge relevant experience to the topic, lots of examples of best and not so best practice to discuss.

The venue in Portsmouth was great, a small issue with the room being very cold, but the onsite team worked quickly to resolve it.

I have recommended Best Practice Training to our internal trainers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the externally to.

Course was really good, tutor had great knowledge and was keen to not only get you through the exam but ensure you knew all you needed to know for afterwards too.

Only small down point is that due to others in the group we tended to go on off topic discussions industry specific questions which sometimes were lengthy, tutor should have avoided this or talked about it after the session

Enjoyable course that was well paced and delivered with the right mix of humour and content. I look forward to training with Best Practice Training in the future

A significant number of staff at different organisations I have worked at have learned through Best Practice Training courses including ITIL and PRINCE2. This was my first training course with them and I now understand why I have had such positive reviews. The trainer for my course was great at facilitating learning largely because he was a subject matter expert and had the real world experience - this led to well orchestrated conversations that allowed my team to get the best out of the course. No doubt we will be using Best Practice Training again.

Trainer was exceptionally knowledgable and made the subject come alive. Training centre was great and we even got lunch. What more could I want. I will be back for more.

I received the pre-course reading and have to admit some of it (quite a bit) made little sense.
Arriving a bit warily as to what I was going to find, I was quickly finding all the pieces falling into place and by the end of day 1 was feeling pretty good about it. Claudine, the tutor was very good, knows the subject inside out. I passed the Foundation and then the Practitioner in the same week.
The facilities at Eastleigh were good, the staff were great.
Hoping to go back for the Agile update soon

Back in May 2015 I attended a 3 day (+ exam) PRINCE2 Foundation training course delivered by Jane Bowyer of Best Practice.
The session was held with a group of about 10 people of varying disciplines and the trainer spent time to contextualize the content and held frequent snap-fire quizzes to ensure we were all up to speed. Long days and lots of homework....finishing with a rather stressful exam, but definitely worth while and good to receive the training in a 'compressed' manner.
Overall I thought the course was excellent (I passed)...now to start thinking about the next level, PRINE2 Practitioner.

ITIL can be quite boring and dull but Best Practice Training made it interesting.

My experience with Best Practise was exceptional from start to finish. I initially booked a course with another provider of which I came up against some struggles, Best Practise offered me guidance and placed me on one of their courses. The course was really enjoyable, I learned a lot to take back to the office as well as prep for the exams. The teacher was very knowledgeable with heaps of real world experience. I would highly recommend Best Practise to anybody looking for a reliable course provider.

I had been warned that some training companies just teach you how to pass the exam, but I definitely came away from this 3 day course with a good knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in project management, and would be very keen to complete the Practitioner course in the future.

I found the whole thing a little dull but maybe that was just the content?

A lot of PRINCE 2 is learning things by rote, which, whilst effective in certain situations, is a little boring.

the trainer brought some very interesting real-life situations to bear which provided much more clarity than just learning from a book would , that aspect was very helpful.

also, I had some access needs which they were very helpful in sorting out and I passeed the exam too which is always a bonus :-)

Dry subject matter, unavoidably so, delivered dynamically by a passionate trainer meant that the sessions were enjoyable.

I attended a PRINCE2 course in November. I thought everything was really well delivered but I would have liked more time to prepare for the exam.

The trainer used real-life experiences to make the subject come alive. He encouraged lots of discussion; other training courses I have attended from other providers have been death by PowerPoint. This time I really felt that I could go back to work and apply what I had learned. I also passed the exam!
I found BPT helpful during the booking process also, being very accommodating when I had to change dates due to illness. I would certainly use BPT again, and recommend them to others.

I thought the trainer was fantastic for my ITIL Foundation this week. Really interactive and appealed to my learning style. I will use Best Practice Training again.

I have use Best Practice Training for all my ITIL training needs as they have consistently provided good service.
