Overall great leisure centre
The facilities are great, well equipped and clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. The only issue I had the whole time is availability of classes and the booking system - it releases new classes week in advance at 10pm and it’s so hard to get into the most popular classes- morning and evening ones. And parking most evenings is a nightmare. Sometimes you have to fish for a space, waiting for someone to pull out.

Hi Aleksandra,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're delighted to hear that you found the facilities clean and well equipped.
It's also great to know how friendly and helpful the staff have been at the Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Centre.
We're grateful for your feedback regarding the challenges around class availability and the booking System.
Popular classes do tend to fill up quickly, especially at peak times, and we understand how frustrating this has been.
However, we're always happy to review of scheduling and capacity where possible.
Regarding parking, we understand that evenings can be particularly busy, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Warm Regards,
Kaisha

Great Potential, Needs Attention to Details
Balanced Gym Review – Great Potential, Needs Attention to Details
I've been going to this gym for early morning sessions around 5 AM, and while there are definitely some positives, there are a few recurring issues that need to be addressed.
Pros:
The location is convenient with plenty of parking.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
A good variety of classes are offered throughout the day.
Areas for Improvement:
Air Conditioning: The AC is always off in the early morning, making workouts uncomfortable. I've mentioned this at reception several times, but the issue persists. I've been told it doesn't get turned on until 7 AM, which isn’t ideal for those of us who train earlier.
Cleanliness: Some of the equipment could use more regular cleaning and maintenance.
Upstairs Area: There’s a limited number of dumbbells and only one bench upstairs. Adding more would make the space more functional during busy times.
Overall, this gym has a lot going for it, but a few operational improvements would really take it to the next level — especially for early risers who rely on a clean, cool, and fully equipped environment.

Hi Ms Tazmina,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about the Hillingdon Sports Complex. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate our convenient location, friendly staff, and the variety of classes we offer.
We sincerely apologise for the discomfort caused by the air conditioning not being on during your early morning sessions. Your comments have been noted, and we’re actively discussing ways to improve the climate control for our early risers to ensure a more comfortable workout environment.
Regarding cleanliness and equipment availability, we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We’re committed to enhancing our maintenance routines and evaluating the equipment layout upstairs to better accommodate our members during peak times.
Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to make the Hillingdon Leisure Centre a welcoming and well-equipped space for everyone, at any hour. We hope to continue supporting your fitness journey and welcome any further suggestions you may have.
Thanks again for being a part of our community!
Best regards,
Charmaine

Hot inside the gym
Good equipment, but very hot inside the gym. Could do with more air conditioning, especially in this weather. Also classes like aqua aerobics and yoga seem to never have any spaces.
