I only used AI chatting to locate A clinic near me, because I couldn't find one when I enter my zip code, kept sending to Canada even when I tapped on US. So chatting was my way to go. It was pretty efficient and explained that there is clinics near me. JUST NEED TO CHANGE KM TO MI. N THE RADIUS ON LIST OF CITIES OR MAP, DOES NOT SHOW ANY IN PC. AI ensured there is. I live in California

I made an appointment for a private STI test for my friend who had been sexually assaulted and escaped a 14 year long abusive relationship. I put everything in my name and used my number to protect her, I paid £340 and arranged for her to travel to me so that she had support and didn’t have to deal with this any more than she had to.
She spent 2 hours and over £100 in fuel for Better2Know to cancel on us when we were already en route to the appointment. They couldn’t find a solution. We had to reschedule to Monday in the midlands where she lives, and she had to go alone which was unbearably traumatising.
We were not given a reason for the last minute cancellation. I am disgusted they did this to her.
I asked for a partial refund for this abhorrent service and to try and recoup some costs which was denied by their manger.
If youre a sexual assault survivor - AVOID this GROTESQUE company you cannot trust a damn thing they say or do. When incompetence reaches a level better described as 'Evil.'

Worst website. Cant even pay through website. Tried calling and they asked for my credit card over the phone. Super scammy business. Simply terrible booking system for foreigners to overcharge vulnerable people in need of treatment. 10x costs?

Awful disgusting service receptionist had no idea why I was there I had an early detection test paid £295. 7 days later no results.
No response on how long it will be just that people know it takes longer this test ?
What’s the points of an early detection 10 day window test when the results don’t come back by the time you can take a normal test have no confidence in the results now have emailed for results and refund no response to either.
Avoid at all costs just travel to London and get a test with 3 day results from many company’s.
Nowhere does it say results time scale on there website and this is why total scam avoid avoid avoid

Easy questions to answer

This is the second time I have used this company for a medical test. On both occasions everything went smoothly. The test results came back very quickly. I had a particular requirement for the Certificate which I needed for Visa purposes and my special requirements were handled effectively.

The website was easy to use and the I got the information I needed. The test results came back quickly and the staff were very helpful.

Shocking experience, stay away if you want to get any sorts of health tests. This company is shocking, there is very poor communication, the results should be within 5 days but I dint get any even month after they received the tests. Miss W. is communicating only until you request refund then she stops responding. I really question if she knows about customer protection law.
Please everyone stay away from this SCAM COMPANY !!!!

Swabs taken nearly 1 month ago. I was told 2-10 working days for processing. 19 working days later and several prior requests for an update which they could not provide, I request a refund. Suddenly they have my results! I am continuing to press for a refund as I have had to seek additional testing in the interim.

Zero stars. Do not trust this company at ALL!!!! Go to your doctor, clinic, public health, ER, or local testing services if you are concerned.

I used this testing out of extreme fear and wanted results quickly. I thought I was exposed to a disease through my healthcare job and initially thought my client had HIV. Turns out my patient didn’t have HIV, meaning, I’ve never ever been exposed to HIV and they gave me a positive result?. Have only been with one partner all my life with no history of any sexually transmitted diseases from my partner and I. Cost way too much money and feeds off of fears! Please avoid at all cost! AVOID!!!! WARNING!!

Update: Better2know wrongfully diagnosed me with a false positive most likely to get me paying for more services. After being properly tested with a healthcare provider I am 100% negative three months following the testing with better2know. In the terms and conditions they claim it’s on the individual to be responsible and maintain accuracy of the test (so what am I suppose to take my own blood or something >:/ ??) and claim they are not 100% accurate. At least with a proper licensed/ government accredited healthcare provider you will get accurate results, this business is a sham.
