Jewellery is so affordable and great quality. I’ve been wearing the chunky bold base huggie hoops for over 2 years now with no complaints. Would recommend

Really poor quality, I wish I had of just spent the money with a company that I am familiar with. Chain links were knotted up and look like they will snap.

What started out as a potentially negative experience was turned into a real positive thanks to the efficiency and swift action of Mike from BettyandBiddy. I received an incorrect order yesterday and flagged immediately to customer service via email. I received a response from Mike within 5 minutes acknowledging the issue reassuring me that he would folllw up and send me the correct product. Not only did I receive my correct order the very next day, but I was given the bracelet incorrectly delivered as a good will gesture. I will order from this company again as their service is excellent and they are a local business.

Placed an order on 18 October and still no sign of it almost 2 weeks later. Wish I had checked the reviews first.

I thought the website was misleading when it says after shipping delivery is 2-3 days. It took a lot longer than 2-3 days and there was no tracking information shared so, it is impossible to know when the item was shipped. The item took at least 7 working days to come, so just keep that in mind when ordering!

Everything I've bought from here has broken, I thought after spending a little bit more on jewellery it would last, very disappointed!

What a nice experience all round! I got a gorgeous necklace and needed it a couple of days later as a present. The team scrambled to get it to me on time and were so responsive through messages. I really appreciate the efforts they went through!
Aside from that, I only got a necklace but the packaging that came was just beautiful! It came in a small plastic bag, with a choice of wrapping it in a box, a bag, a slip or some crepe paper.
An absolutely beautiful gift for someone with a nice Irish touch.
I would 100x recommend this company over and over! Can’t wait to purchase some bits for myself …

Ordered the wrong earrings . Totally my own fault . Sent a message on Instagram which was answered immediately, bearing in mind it was a Friday after 6pm aswell .
A very kind gesture I received the ones I wanted in the post free 3 days later . Customer service is absolutely terrific. Love all my bits I’ve purchased and they are still like new . Excellent quality .

Replies to customer service are very short and unprofessionally set out.

Was told the order was sent from their warehouse and would get it in a few days.
Still not updates or sign or the parcel.

Do not buy!

So disappointed. Spent a bit more to buy a keepsake for myself after having my baby. The necklace arrived quickly but seemed much lighter and flimsier than I had imagined. Wore it for a couple of weeks and it is very badly tarnished and actually unwearable. Customer service wasn’t very helpful either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Quick delivery (items arrived three days after ordering) despite no confirmation or tracking number to check progress. I am honestly pretty disappointed by the quality though. Superficially the pieces look as advertised but feel very light and flimsy. For the price I expected more substance. I don’t expect that this jewellery will last long before beginning to peel and tarnish. I wish I had invested a little more and bought real silver pieces elsewhere that would last longer.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and item has yet to be dispatched. Policy states 2-3 days. Contacted customer service and they said the order had been dispatched, and would arrive the next day. A week on from that the order still hasn’t arrive nor have they forwarded tracking details.

Delivery is terrible. Quality is beautiful.

I've ordered before with no issue but this time will be my last.

Ordered 2 pairs of earrings in April, when they arrived they were significantly smaller than pictured online. I contacted customer service and had to email 3 times before I received a response, I was told I had been sent the wrong earrings and new ones would be sent.

I received 1 pair of earrings (not 2) that were still incorrect, it took a further 2 emails to be given the address for return.

The refund took nearly 2 weeks to be processed.
No contact details online so if you have an issue you just have to keep emailing, I also tried reaching out on Facebook but never had a response.

The hassle is not worth it and there are lots of similar companies out there so I won't be buying from here ever again.

First time of ordering. Lovely pair of earrings definitely worth £16. Each earrings individually wrapped. A choice of gift box option enclosed. Can't fault the service. I originally ordered the wrong item but a email and quick response rectified this.
I saw negative reviews but can only speak as I found.
I will order again.
