When I received my bathing suit from BFYNE, I was impressed by the packaging. Each piece was in its own protective sleeve/bag and then in another bag for protection. Additionally, my bathing suit arrived on time.

wasn’t able to use welcome code
I wasn’t able to use my welcome discount code. It said it was not valid. I sent an email to customer service and still no response. Shipping was fast though.

Shipping time is long it took almost 3…
Shipping time is long it took almost 3 weeks to get my bathing suit and when it came the wrong bottoms were sent . After contacting them they corrected the mistake but it took another 2 weeks to get the correct bottoms

Horrible Customer Service
I never usually do reviews, however, I had to make an exception this time. I was browsing the website looking for swimwear as I saw them on VS and wanted to see what else they had to offer. I did not make a purchase, however, I started receiving text "complete your order checkout 10% off and then it went to 20% off" I clicked the link for the 20% off and when I hit apply coupon it automatically completed the purchase. This was in no way my intent and I contacted the company immediately requesting that they "please cancel order placed in error" and they told me in short once an order has been placed no refunds. I responded explaining the situation further and requested they escalate the matter this was on the 13th, unfortunately, no one from the company responded and my order was neither canceled or shipped. On June 17th, I sent a follow up email asking if this was being looked into and that if shipping was the only recourse for them to please ship the order. Again, no response but my order was shipped the next day.
Unfortunately, due to their poor customer service I will never visit or buy their merchandise.
