I bought a kaftan for my mother and sister. They both loved the vibrant colors and quality of the garment. I will definitely order one for myself.

I loved how quickly I received my order. I didn’t like the fact that there were stains on one of my swimsuits upon taking it out of the packaging!

One of the outfits I ordered was a different color from what I received and I didn’t like the fit of 2 of the other outfits I ordered. They were sale items so I just gave them away.

This is my 6th or 7th time ordering from bfyne but the first time I received the wrong item so I won’t remove a star. I love the swim suits and covers and have a collection of them. I don’t know that I would order clothes again.

Amazing!! I didn't have a swimsuit that I needed to have to do a runway walk and I ordered it and it came in two days and the swimsuit is like it looks online and the material is of good quality!!

Bfyne's reviews follow a pattern: positive when purchases go smoothly, but negative when issues arise. I bought a swimsuit from them in the sale. It didn’t fit, despite me checking their sizing chart prior to purchase. I later checked the size and realised the swimsuit they had sent was not the size I ordered. So the fault was theirs. Despite contacting them about the incorrect size, I received no response or refund. I messaged them to ask for an exchange or refund and have been ignored on all platforms. They are unscrupulous individuals who send inaccurate sizes to people intentionally, ( I’m not the first customer this has happened to) then make them jump through hoops to provide evidence and still do not provide refunds. Even here they’re telling people to write the customer service then I’m sure they’re ignoring them too. It was my first and last purchase with this company. All I want is my money back at this point and a response. Bfyne's lack of customer service and unethical practices are concerning. A suggestion for improvement: prioritise customer communication and satisfaction for future success.

I have ordered from BFYNE for years!! I have always been impressed with her quality! I always get so many compliments and not to mention I feel like a Goddess 👑! I never have to worry about anyone showing up in the room with my outfit on🙄!! I will always stand behind her brand!!

This was probably one of the best purchases I've made so far. Not only did I receive my package quickly but I absolutely loved the way my pieces fit. Will definitely be purchasing again for future vacations.

I placed my first order with Bfyne on Sunday April 29th for a kaftan for my 50th birthday beach party in mid May. I received it today, 3 days later, and I'm very happy. The colours are true to the website and they exceeded my expectation with delivery.

Merchandise was damaged. Sent email that stated everything with zero response.

The shipping was quick! And I absolutely love my swimsuit attire!!

I paid for a rush order to be delivered on Friday, next day delivery. The order wasn’t placed for delivery until Friday by Bfyne. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had to wait later to receive the product. Now I’m on vacation without the product because the tracking says it won’t be delivered until Monday! I don’t need the swimsuit now and the company doesn’t do refunds. I paid for a service and did not receive it. I paid in plenty of time to get my order when I requested. It isn’t the delivery company that’s the problem. Bfyne did not send it out for delivery until the delivery date. Now I can’t enjoy what I paid for because I’m not available to receive the order! That’s why I paid for the rush! Instead it took too long on their part. I don’t even want the swimsuit anymore. I’m so disappointed. I could’ve just did a basic delivery if I knew it was going to take that long, but the site said I would get it by Friday! That didn’t happened!! And they only do credit and no refund. I won’t order from here again. I can’t trust them now. I don’t have money to blow on misleading information. I paid extra for timing

Absolutely love the design and fit of the swimsuit!

Bfyne is a well established black owned brand and their material and customer service is out of this world.

I ordered an outfit for international delivery and was not aware that this could not be expedited. After messaging the customer service their response was swift and they did all they could to help me. I would buy fro. Them again just because of how they treated me as a customer.

I still have not received my order from March 21st. I sent emails and have not gotten a reply:(

The shipping was fast as promised and the quality of the clothing is immaculate! I love it and can't wait to wear it for my birthday!

I am unhappy with my purchase. The swimsuit bottoms I purchase fits irregular. I sent two emails, one voicemail, and now waiting for a response.

Their measurements on their website are not accurate, fabric colors are dull and not vibrant. Customer service will not work with you to send the items back without making you pay for shipping and then a restocking fee, on top of that, they also will not do refunds. I cannot wear the items I bought because they don't fit, the earrings have a long jagged back that pokes you in the head and are too heavy, and the bathing suit I bought is dull, does not have any support, is thin and doesn't look how expected like on the website. NOT WORTH IT. I will never support them again this experience has been horrible and a waste of money and time as the items you receive are supbar at best for the cost and they refuse to give your money back. I love supporting independent and small businesses but I wouldnt recommend anyone buy from them unless you're okay with throwing away hundreds of dollars.
SKIP THIS ONE, invest the money elsewhere where the quality and service is up to par for the price.
