BHW Solicitors Reviews

Once I'd spoken to my solicitor I immediately felt supported with my workplace issues. I was really impressed with how quickly there was an understanding of hierachy and process within my job role and instant support o for the problems I was facing. All communication was responded to very quickly which also helped to reduced some of my worry and stress. Thank you so much

Friendly staff from beginning to end very helpful would recommend to everyone, very quick at sorting your legal issues ,I cannot recommend them enough.

Our second time with BHW Solicitors Leicester and another excellent experience and good value for money.

I enjoy working with BHW - I have done several transactions with them in the last 18 months and plan to keep taking my business there for the foreseeable future.

A very professional almost impersonal start to a sale and purchase transaction ended well with the conveyancer Paige going above and beyond to ensure a much needed tight exchange and completion.
Complications with the whole process were so very stressful and at times upsetting, Paige was cool, calm and collected with all communications with me and at times I know I tested her patience! Thank you Paige for getting me through it all! Would recommend BHW.

We was updated with every information towards the selling of a property and everyone is so professional in their work and communications. I had quick response to all my enquiries and in clear instructions.

Highly recommend this company to anyone else.

Thanks to Paige and Hema

the conveyancing service and process at BHW is now digitally driven which suits me and my various businesses. It means you can see from your dashboard what stage everything is at and the likely timelines but still with the underlying personal service.

Great professionalism from David Allan & Peter Spary who subsequently relentlessly got case dropped at Crowncourt, would greatly recommend their service

Paige is a super-star! I really felt like she went above and beyond to help me. My case wasn’t simple, yet she always remained solution-focused, professional and prompt in her communication. Hema and the team were all great! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent service from start to finish
Thank you BHW

I'm very grateful for the way that Kimberly and her team at BHW Solicitors handled my property sale and property purchase. The team are friendly and professional and responded to queries promptly. I mainly spoke and corresponded with Vishal, who kept me updated over the 3.5-month process. My sale and purchase ran smoothly and BHW Solicitors provided an excellent service and I'd highly recommend them.

From my first contact to completion I was informed, supported and reassured.
Staff were friendly, professional and efficient.
Happy to recommend to others.

All very professional nothing to fault.
Thank you very much

We weren’t kept up to date with any progress. We felt our conveyor was reactive rather than proactive and unable to explain the reasons for a number of issues that arose.

Very helpful and professional staff, and excellent service.

BHW was recommended by our financial adviser, and it was a good choice. We were always promptly informed of progress by electronic means (including live video link) as well as the formal letters on paper. Unlike other solicitors with whom we have had dealings, BHW was never a source of delay.

Great and prompt customer service

Absolutely cannot fault this company. They go above and beyond. Every little detail is checked and double checked. They always looked out for us and made sure everything went smoothly. We have recommended BHW to friends and family. Well done to all those lovely staff members.

Used BHW on more than one occasion now and they are by far the best we’ve used for conveyancing.
Their speed, attention to detail, returning calls , emails and responding and chasing others in the chain is superb.
Making the whole sale process seamless, stress free and efficient.

My flat sale was handled by Jennie, Betül and team. From the initial contact I was extremely impressed by the professional communication from Frankie, I had been with a previous solicitor whose firm had then been taken over and I was left in the lurch. Team at BHW listened to my concerns and set out a plan of action. Despite the complexities of selling flats the team were highly experienced and clearly knew what they were doing. I felt very reassured throughout that they were progressing the sale. Emails were always responded to in a timely manner and I was updated throughout. I can’t fault the service and will definitely use them again.
