Excellent communication and assistance from both Nayan and Caroline helping my business grow and move forward.

I used them for to long , they don’t tell you the hidden costs the over saturated situation, the constant claw backs , expecting to draw down say 16 k on a 20 k schedule on average 3/4 k available, at very first it’s brilliant, but when your slow customers catch up your in the same position but worse because the then call all the shots , steer clear at all costs , your business will go under unless you have really good payers on time , my question is if you have why factor get an overdraft instead because you are still in control

We have been using Bibby since the beginning of the financial year and i am wondering why i didn't do this sooner!! It was easy to set up and the software is easy to use. There is always someone at the end of the phone for any questions you may have, Michael, Pav and Dee have been my 'go to' guys, they are always happy to spend the time so that the facility runs smoothly. This facility takes so much stress out of running our Company day to day - it is one of the best decisions i have made ;-)

I set up invoice factoring with Bibby. I dealt with Mark in the setting up process and he was very helpful and we got it all set up without too much hassle. In the day to day running of the account I deal with Jean and Lisa, and they are helpful and respond to any questions quickly with a straightforward answer, and are friendly and easy to deal with. I'm happy with everything and I would recommend them to anyone looking to set up factoring for their business.

I was put in touch with Bibby FS from an intermediary called in Funding Links after clicking on an online advert. Our company is very niche, and while operation within the Construction Industry we don't conform to regular invoice milestones. Bibby immediately got in touch, took the time to learn about my business and how we operate, and even sent two representatives out to visit us. They have managed to put together a package that suits our business, and I have three points of contact for help, and even got a 1 hour training course on how to use their portal. This facility has allowed us to fund a number of recent large contract awards. So far (approximately 1 month in) my experience has been very good, everyone is helpful and their portal is pretty well thought out. Special mention to the two representatives who worked tirelessly to get our company onboarded as quick as possible, Chloe and Liam, they really did go the extra mile, Chloe even working while looking after a young child and on her annual leave! I look forward to a successful partnership with Bibby FS.

We have as a company been working with Bibby for our Invoice Factoring and find them very helpful, efficient and work with us around all our customer needs. Specials mention to the Scottish Team that ae always at the end of a phone.

Have newly signed up to Bibby Financial Services. Process to date still needs some ironing out. However, Michael Wall has been exceptional in supporting us with this. He is responsive, delivers and cares about our experience and ensuring that we can maximise our funds.
The data base system is not user friendly and does make the experience easy. We are unable to audit that monies received are being allocated appropriately and the audit trail for this. However, this is something which the exceptional Michael Wall is supporting us with. Without Michael and Sarah I do feel that the overall rating would be lower.

my review of Bibbys is the fact that we have Eleanor as our point of contact, she is an absolute Gem she has helped us 'Spraytech' in so many ways always available on the phone responds to emails and if she is in a meeting she immediately calls back.
