I recently moved our factoring facility from Lloyds to Bibby Financial Services, and I can honestly say the difference in service has been exceptional — a genuine upgrade in every sense.

From day one, the transition was handled smoothly, professionally and with real care. Nayan Patel and Margaret Smith have both been outstanding throughout the entire process. They ensured a seamless switch for all of our clients, with zero disruption to cash flow, and were always on hand to answer questions quickly and clearly. Their communication and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful change feel straightforward and well managed.

As our business has grown, Steve Taylor has also been incredibly supportive in helping us secure increased credit facilities to match our expansion. Having that level of backing and flexibility has made a real difference to our ability to scale confidently.

I have used Bibby for my Invoice Finance facility for a number of months now. In that time I have had nothing but a first class service from Leah Morton my Relationship Executive and Carolyn Bell my Relationship Manager. They both go above and beyond to help and nothing is too much trouble.

Customer service at Bibby is five star all round. Margaret, Debbie, Sarah and Caroline at Bibby have been so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. We were forced to leave Lloyds on 28.11.25 as the invoice finance option was ended and we had to find an alternative through no fault of our own. This whole experience has been very traumatic, due to Lloyds being extremely unhelpful and still refusing to send over payments which have been paid by our customers pre takeover, saying that they have not been paid, (we have sent every proof of payment over again and again, but to no avail). Bibby have been a breath of fresh air, and have helped us continually. We are so happy that we are now with Bibby - Five star service all round.

Dylan, Linda, & Maria from Bibby's are an integral part of our team.

The service they offer is really great, they are always available in person on the phone to offer advice and support.

Their suport has helped our company to bloom and grow over a ten year period.

Eleanor used to be my day-to-day contact at Bibby and then she was internally promoted but still kept us within her portfolio of clients - which I was happy about.
