I simply paid for an order that I never received. After sending several messages informing that the order had not arrived and asking them to contact the delivery company to clarify the situation, I ended up giving up arguing.

The reason is simple: I felt that I was receiving automatic responses, without any real interest in investigating what happened or solving the problem.

As a customer, I consider it unacceptable to pay for a product and be without it, without a concrete explanation or a satisfactory solution. My confidence in this company is, at the moment, zero and, from the experience I had, I would not buy here again.

This is my first time ordering from Big Orbit Cards and I’ve got to say the whole experience was brilliant! It was super easy to use the site and I found exactly the Pokémon cards I was looking for straight away.
I placed my first order on Thursday 15th October 2026 — and they were so quick getting it sent out! I had my delivery through on Saturday 17th October 2026, couldn’t believe how fast it was.
I’ve just finished placing my second order for more Pokémon cards already! I’ll definitely be back for a third order too — and I’d love it if you could pop a wee extra in next time please! 😊
