Very disappointed with the card condition!
Unfortunately I seem to have had a very different experience to a lot of the other people who have left reviews.
I ordered two cards, one for ~£100 and the other ~£1600. Both cards were sold as moderate play, however when they arrived the ~£100 card was moderate play as described but the ~£1600 card was in terrible condition - see photos.
I complained to customer services and after some back and forth and chasing for a response, their response was that this card (as in the photos) was on the lower end of moderate play to heavy play, but was not damaged….
They offered that I could return it for a refund, but after the experience I had I did not trust this so I opted to keep the card and be partially refunded to the value of a heavy play card. This is still extremely overvalued and I could have got a much better condition version elsewhere but I did not want to go through the hassle of a return.
Based on the majority of these other reviews I am quite surprised they didn’t make this right but just a heads up for others on the card conditions!

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, particularly given the value of the card involved.
As you mention, both cards were sold as Moderate Play and you were happy that the first card matched that description. With the higher-value card, following your concerns we reviewed the condition again and felt that it sat at the poorer end of Moderate Play / into Heavy Play. We did not agree that the card met the threshold for Damaged condition.
We appreciate that there can be differences of opinion when assessing cards towards the boundary between condition grades, particularly where a card has significant wear. We therefore offered two options: you could return the card to us for a full refund, or, if you preferred to keep it, we would reduce the price to our Heavy Play valuation.
You chose to keep the card, and we consequently agreed a £600 partial refund to bring the price down to the Heavy Play level.
We’re sorry that you remained unhappy with the condition and completely understand that you would have preferred a better-condition example. However, we do feel that offering a full return and refund, or alternatively reducing the card to the Heavy Play price, was a fair way of resolving a genuine difference of opinion over its condition.

I took a drive to the address of Orbit Cards and was told its just the warehouse. The fella we spoke to was very polite and helpful. So we went home and ordered cards online. Friday Afternoon.

Their assessment of the cards was extremely poor
Their assessment of the cards was woefully incorrect, the three cards I sold to them were actually down as light played, although when I pulled them they were immediately in a sleeve and kept in a binder. These being two Mew EX Full Art Cards and Giratina Ex Full Art so how it's suddenly moderately played is beyond me
Honestly I expected better, I only accepted payment because the need of finances, considering this service only seems to be good in one direction (The sale of the cards to customers and not the other way round) I would not sell again to big orbit, I simply do not feel I can't trust the observation from them.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our assessment of the cards.
We do want to clarify one point from your review. You mention that the cards went directly from booster packs into sleeves and a binder, but the cards were submitted to us as Light Play rather than Near Mint. This would suggest that some condition issues were already recognised when the order was created.
When the cards arrived, our team assessed them as Moderate Play based on their actual condition. We appreciate that card condition can sometimes be subjective, particularly between neighbouring grades such as Light Play and Moderate Play, but we would not downgrade cards without visible reasons for doing so.
Customers are always shown any revised valuation before payment is finalised and can choose not to accept it if they disagree with our assessment.
We’re sorry that on this occasion you did not agree with our grading, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Great service and quick delivery
I ordered around 40 cards from Big Orbit Cards and was really impressed that they arrived the next day. They were really well packaged and all in good condition, even the ones listed as MP!
One card was unavailable, which happens, and I was initially given refund in store credit. I asked if I could have a refund to my payment method instead and they sorted it within half an hour.
Really quick delivery and helpful customer service. No issues at all and I'd happily order from them again.

Okay
The card arrived promptly, within two days of being sent. However, it was just in the small box wrapped in bubble wrap, not even a top loader to keep it safe and secure. If the box had gotten damaged, that would have ruined a expensive card. Need to do better.
