Update relating to the credit card case December 19th 2025 . Bijoux medusa contacted me asking me to return the jewellery before a verdict has been reached. Cibc advised me scamming merchants do this all the time to intimidate customers so they can say the product was returned in bad condition, not the original product, or they didnt recieve it at all. Taking the jewellery back no refund and the victim paying for the dispute. When I refused they threatened to report to credit union, equifax, changed the price a perception trick to avoid future disputes, including wieght of the jewellery promised. attempting to change what was offered while increasing the price to avoid charge backs, other disputes and bad reviews. As cibc said this is a fraudulent merchant doing damage control. They refused to provide documentation just emailing me to return the jewellery or else police involvement. won the case keeping the jewellery and attaining my money back due to fraudulent wieght, no appraisal or certificate of authenticity. Upon getting the jewellery tested they lied gave me lab diamonds 6.4 grams instead of 10 grams of gold And same with the engagement ring it was lab diamonds not natural and under wieght by over half a gram. They sent it to collections who shut the case down immediately due to fraud do not become a victim of fraud. This company has no on site reviews please do not become a victim of fraud.

J'ai commander un pendentif en ligne bijouterie medusa Canada quand je regarde leur pendentif sur leur site je me suis dit il es magnifique arriver 3 4 jour après chez moi rien a voir leur photo sur le site est la réalité du bijoux il dise pas environ le grame du bijoux il fesait 2,5 grame pour 10k il vous vende ca 660€ il vous vende du reve J'ai obliye aussi je suis français donc je vous laisse imaginer les frais de douane plus de 150€ de frais de douane pour un bijoux de 2,5g comment les gens peuve dire que vos bijoux sont de qualité tout fin tout petit même le descriptif sur votre site est faux inadmissible a fuire 😡😡😡😡😡

C’est la bijouterie #1 au Canada. Service exemplaire, choix de bijoux sur place. Si le produit est pas présent il le sera dans un bref délais. Sans oublier la bouteille de champagne lors de l’achat 🙏🏼

Where to start? I'm a newbie with watches and I wanted to treat myself for the longest time but wasn't sure where to go and I ended up at Medusa since it's a trusted place by locals near where I live and a few friends got their watches there. Long story short, from the moment I entered the place to the end, it felt good. I don't look anything like someone who would buy a half year salary watch but they treated me like a king and the best is not only they took the time to go over a few brands with me, I got to try a few and I ended paying less than I was ready to because they showed me models that are timeless classics without breaking the bank and the best part is I also got a cheaper nice looking as a spare or to go places I wouldn't wear my main watch. Going to a high-end place can feel intimidating and this is probably why I never bought a high-end watch, but this place know how to deal with this for sure!

This place is a joke there jewelry is junk period. There service sucks they never call you back nor reply to your messages. Just take a look at there black Friday sale its a total joke..offering chains that only weight 5 to 10 grams..with the offer if you purchase one chain that the next chain is free..NATHAN works at medusa so called the guy that answers your questions on whatsapp...very ignorant and absolutely no mannerisms..stay away this place is a nightmare and good luck with there website very disorganized..don't take my word look at other reviews and see what other people have posted about there website. All reviews that say something good are just repeated reviews not from actual people that have purchased from medusa jewelry. HAZARDOUS STAY AWAY RIP OFF ...
