Making life easy
I only came across billgenie from one of their ambassadors on YouTube and said I'd give it a go . It was so seamless they replied promptly knew what I wanted and just made it happen, 2 emails a couple of text messages and done no hassle no hanging on the phone for an hour couldn't recommend it highly enough

Top Class Service
From start to finish a very professional company to deal with. There were no delays and the communication was top class. In todays world it is an added bonus to be in contact with a person at the end of the phone or email. I applied for a service/product and it was delivered on time with a huge saving. Can't ask for anymore. Customer service is top class.

Seamless transition again this year!
It was a seamless transition again this year with a fantastic saving on our electricity bill going forward. Prices were fixed for the duration of our one year contract to eliminate any nasty surprises!

Bill Genie has been a hassle -free lifesaver for my wife and I as OAP’s. We don’t have the energy to be engaging with all the different companies who provide electricity. These have so many different elements to pricing that it is a nightmare to decide on which to choose. In steps Bill Genie. All it takes is one phone call or email note and give a copy of a recent bill. They do the rest and show you all the options. You pick one and we have no need to deal with banks or any other requirements. Switching to save money is that simple. You save money and the service is free. Unbelievable. We must have saved 1000 euros over the past number years. It’s great to talk directly with either James or Ishka. Welcoming, courteous, efficient and understanding. They have it all and we look forward to making that phone call every time. They do the same for Gas, Broadband, Card Payment Terminals, Solar PV. Make that contact, avoid hassle and it is all free.

Bill Genie carry out a detailed review of my bills.
Bill Genie carry out their business in a competent and professional manner. Once they completed their review of my existing bills they outline alternatives available and make recommendations on the best renewal options. There is no delay and came back to me very quickly and efficiently.
If a change over is needed to a new supplier, they do it in a matter of minutes without fuss or the stress of completing forms.
There is no way I could do this research of the market on my own.
They are courteous and very easy to deal with.
But above all, and most importantly, in these times of rising costs, dealing with BillGenie results in savings on my bills.
