THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE UK GOVERNMENT APPROVED LIST !  I HAVE WRITTEN TO DEPT. OF HEALTH.
This firm was appalling, unprofessional and blocked all their avenues of communication.
On booking the Day 2/Day 8 postal test package online I got an email stating the Test Booking Reference number (essential for completing any Passenger Locator form) would be emailed to me within 6 hours. This was 5 days before my flight back to the UK. No email arrived.
2 days later I called BioGrad Diagnostics to get my test booking ref. number. Their automated phone system gave me "unobtainable" on tbe Covid test option. The option to speak to an operator brought a "not possible to connect your call" message. I tried for days and never got through on the phone.
I emailed both of their help email addresses and completed their online contact form. I received no answer from all three emails, over 3 days of trying.
Their Facebook page is down ;  their Twitter page is down. It is impossible to contact them.
Their invoices do not have the test booking reference number on.
I created an account on their website and found an example of a booking test reference number so had to use that to complete my locator form. I used that number on the blank forms they sent with the test pack (containing no test booking reference number or barcodes) and 48 hours after returning my Day 2 home test I got an email saying I am negative for Covid.
People are not able to travel without the test booking reference number, which they did not provide.
Bio Grad responded to me for this review - pity they don't respond to customers who try for 5 days to reach them and almost lose their travel plans and tickets because of BioGrad not providing the test booking reference number! My test was booked under a different name to my reviewer name and both FB and Twitter were unobtainable for days, and their FB still is unobtainable today 6 days later (just checked)

I had some questions relating to my test before you travel postal test. Whilst i had to wait for someone to answer for about 10 minutes, when Emma did, she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and was really swift in providing me the assistance and details I needed. I should imagine Biograd have been inundated over the past few weeks but it seems to me that given a bit of patience, they are more than capable of providing great customer service. Thanks again Emma!

Booked a test to release with biograd last week but was contacted the day before by test and trace as somebody in the plane had tested positive. Following government guidelines I tried to contact biograd to cancel the test to release -10+ phonecalls, 2 emails - and no reply at all.
On top of this I never received a receipt for the £60 initially paid, should have noticed something was off from the beginning.
Wish I had checked the reviews first as clearly an unreliable company with very poor service!

Biograd were amazing once I managed to get through to someone. They are being inundated by people ringing for non urgent queries meaning the people who need to speak to then urgently cant get through. I emailed them and sent a message on their facebook.....they chased up my test results and I received all 5 fit to fly certificates soon after. I'm actually impressed by the personal service from the manager who has emailed me and sorted everything knowing I am travelling today. Would definitely use again.

The person manning Instagram account has been very helpful. Difficult to contact the company via email or phone which is very strange and worrying before you fly. Please make sure you contact in advance of flying.

To their credit they did eventually contact my wife, who's in Hungary to get back with the codes needed for the tests to present at the border control.
I have upgraded them from 1 to 3, although they need to work on their communication and not leave their phone unmanned, this I can imagine adds stress to everyone who needs this service.###

My wife and child are stuck abroad, they went over as an emergency due to her father dying of cancer. Now they ordered the kit and are trying to return and no one is answering the phones or emails so that they can get their unique codes to present at the airport. This is unacceptable and will be pushing 5his to trading standards and the ombudsman. I cannot believe this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Have been ringing and sending emails for 2 weeks,no replies at all.Went in person today to Liverpool site.Door was locked knocked and knocked to no avail.
Went to main reception desk on the Science Park where they are based,asked them to contact them,yes you guessed it,no reply.Completely wasted journey,how on earth do you contact them?

I booked the day 2 test from this company. After receiving the payment confirmation email didn't get any more emails. Even to get my costumer number email to place on the form which is supposed to be sent within 6 hours, i had to run behind the company to get it after some days. The test never arrived and the emails sent regarding the order are still unanswered to this day. Its been over a week since the order placement.
The email costumerservices@ biograd.co.uk doesn't exist so I'd like to not have that as a "resolution".
I'm seeking a full refund since this service which i paid for didn't arrive and I'm not longer interested in.
Run from this company, zero for costumer service and i don't think it should be listed in the gov.uk site.

Appalling service for my Day 2 and 8 tests.
I have been emailing them every day and no response.
Tried to call them no response. Feels like a big scam and took 200 pounds of my money. Even had to talk to the government about them, and said they are most likely a scam.

Don’t bother with these people. Waste of time money and effort and worst thing is I got this company from the gov site.

Booked day 2 and day 8 test. Didn’t received anything. Managed to get through to somebody on the phone. Must of been the only call they did pick up that day. Send my unique reference number. But nothing else. On day two of quarantine. And still haven’t received anything.

Worst site ever to book 2 and 8 day test. Surely they cannot be allowed to be on the Gov website.

Received no test results back. Complete waste of time. Going to contact my credit card company for a refund.

Seen on some reviews they provide a customer care email. Guess what even that is fake!!!! It bounces back.

AVOID- We have been shipped our PCR covid tests, however to get on the plane we need the reference number to complete the passenger locator form. The reference number should have been given to us, and we keep getting cut off from all the phone lines, and no one has answered our multiple emails. We are flying soon and don't think we will actually be able to

Nobody is getting back to me and nobody answers the phone - avoid- their customer service email suggested below - I am really worried I will not get my certificate before my flight :((

Terrible service! I booked last year for a two day course on Mammalian cell culture, which was originally scheduled to run in early January 2021. This was rescheduled to the summer due to the Covid lockdown, but I was never told the exact dates no matter how times I emailed. I was told with confidence that my course would run in August, but now suddenly with no warning its been shifted again to February 2022! Will be asking for a full refund.

No problem getting the postal tests but as for getting the unique reference number and avoiding having to book the non-refundable appointments...impossible. Have called over twenty times and have emailed nearly as much with no response. Total rip-off, my elderly parents are over £200 out of pocket. Scammers, use at your peril!!

Zero never got my ref for locator form 20 minutes after landing go email congratulations on your negative test great but i not received or done test i have reported them cant contact them on phone wont answer emails the ceo should be locked up scammer

Booked day 2 and day 8 tests and I never received my results. When trying to call no response and no reply on emails either. To this day I still haven’t received a refund (almost 2 months later) as communications is non exciting. £200 given for no service, that is close to robbery. Absolutely disgraceful and they should be taken of the government approved providers website!

ZERO in Customer service. INEXISTENCE.
ZERO in fulfilling his own conditions. Cancellation is only possible with 24 hours notice. LIES. No cancellation is allowed.
Sorry but for the next test I will find another suppliers even are more expensive, like BOOTHS.

Made an online purchase today for my dad for the day 2 test then called them within an hour to cancel as it was not needed and was told I cannot cancel. Bye bye £58.99, agents were really unhelpful, arrogant and blaze about everything. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know how this company is on the gov.uk list. I fell for it and never got a reference number needed to complete my passenger locator form. Was refused entry into the flight for that sole reason. I waited and waited and still waiting for the number. Contacting them is a nightmare, no one picks up, no replies to emails. Now trying to get a refund with no results.
