I needed a Fit to Fly and negative PCR test to get on my flight to Asia. When I called up to make an appointment, I specifically asked if I would receive both of these documents. I was told yes.

When I arrived at Liverpool, I again asked the reception staff if I would receive both a Fit to Fly Certificate and a PCR Certificate, I was again informed that I would, and was told that the results from Biograd would be all that I needed to board my flight.

The next day I arrive at Manchester airport, Biograd results in hand, only to be rejected entry onto my flight as the results from BioGrad did not include a Fit To Fly certificate.

Whilst I realise the onus is on me to arrive at the airport with the correct documents, BioGrad staff need to be aware that a Fit To Fly certificate and a Covid PCR test are two different things. They should not have told me - on two separate occasions - that I would receive these documents.

With that said, the results were delivered within 12 hours, which is why I'm not giving a 1* rating.

We booked two PCR tests to do at Manchester. Easy to book and pay. Due to changes in testing needed we then cancelled and then money refunded with 24 hours. Easy website, concise, easy refund.

7 tests booked for Saturday 19th (16.40 onwards)
I was a little late due to parking in the multi story and being disabled and slow 😬
They were fab and understanding which was nice.
Made my two girls feel so at ease and they breezed through the tests thanks to the guy who did it (dressed as santa which was a nice touch too!)
All very clean, efficient, friendly and all 7 negative tests back this morning (sunday 20th from 7.30-7.45am) so super fast and not worrying about the results all day!
Would HIGHLY recommend.

After being ripped off by another company called Medicspot, went to BioGrad...they are amazing, so professional had my results back next morning. Tested 5pm results 10am...superb service.also much cheaper than anyone the lab is next door.

Excellent service . Lovely staff. Arrived at 8 am as booked ,but told I would be out of the 72 hour window on arrival in spain. So they allowed me go back at 12pm . Results back 13 hour later at 1am. Highly recommend them worth the 2hour trip to Liverpool .

We needed a test on a Sunday and the service was excellent and the result back within 12 hours. Fantastic.

I used Bio Grad a couple of week ago for my mum who needed a PCR test before she travelled. Researched the closest and most reliable place she could have the test done up North, and the closest was Liverpool. BioGrad is based in Liverpool University, so was extremely handy! Saved a lot of time and money, as BioGrad charge £99 for the test, compared to the prices down south which can be up-to £350.

Had the test done at 11am and had the results by 8/9pm that day. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with service - only took 5 mins and got the results and certificate emailed back the same day.
Well worth the journey to get there and would highly recommend.

We drove from London to Liverpool to complete our PCR tests with BioGrad; it was well worth the effort.

We needed a test on a Sunday with a guaranteed 24hr turnaround, which is exactly what BioGrad offer for only £99 per person.

The young guy on reception was really friendly, and the nurse giving the test was equally friendly, very reassuring and extremely thorough (had there have been any Covid there she was definitely going to find it!). In fact, our nurse was actually an Alder Hay nurse earning a little overtime on a Sunday morning.

We had our tests at 09:30 on the Sunday and received our certificates at about 19:30 the same day. At which point the holiday packing began!

At the airport check in, our airline (British Airways) were being a little pedantic about a slight abbreviation to my name on the certificate versus my passport (my fault). One very quick phone call to BioGrad later, an updated certificate was in my inbox within less than 5 minutes (tip; check your passport name is on the certificate).

We were going to Male; where we had no issues whatsoever with the certificate (either the ‘wrong’ one which I had printed, or the ‘right’ one which was in my inbox on my phone.

Very highly recommended!

Can not recommend BioGrad enough! Not only was their RT-PCR COVID screening far cheaper than any others I had seen during my research, but their staff were extremely friendly and reassuring at every stage.

I took my test at 12:40 on Sunday and received my results at 8pm! As I was flying to China, I also required the lab to send me the lab report on top of the negative result certificate, which they provided promptly upon request the next day.

10/10 service from start to finish during what is an incredibly stressful time to travel!

My company TribePost Ltd dealt with BioGrad when they were advertising for a “A” Level Science Teacher in July 2018. My colleague Ricky Fildes was dealing with Natalie Kenny and on one of the calls the feedback was: 3 candidates are being considered so far, one is "excellent" another is "very good" and the other is a bit junior however, very happy with initial response.

Over the last few months we have been chasing them for payment for running this campaign (£399 + VAT) and on one occasion in August we received an email from Natalie to advise:
"I am sorry about that! I thought I had already paid!

In that case no problem!

I am running through the accounts tomorrow afternoon so will make sure this is processed and in your account ASAP"

To this date we still haven't recieved payment for this invoice!
