Missing an item. Made several email attempts to get resolution, since they do not have a working phone number, and yet no response. Apparently they're ok with not having any kind of customer service. Buyer beware!

The items I ordered were a waste of money. I would return them if I knew how. The table cloths were the worst. I bought this items for my young daughter's celebration of life. The print was all smeared and bleary. So I ended up making a purchase with a different company.

Placing my order was easy. When I received it I was missing items. I tried calling the phone number is no good. I sent an email and no reply. I would not recommend.

I am missing items and I reached out to customer service the same day my package was delivered and still have not heard back from the 5 days later.

I got the items faster than you promised that's the 1 star, but I accidently wrote the wrong address, I sent a lot of e-mails explaining and asking you to change it; I called the 2 phone numbers, and nobody answer, please erase my e-mail address from your data base

Awful experience with Birthday Express. They sent me the wrong pinata , one balloon was missing and 2 balloons would not hold air. I contacted them several times. There is only a way to contact customer service via a contact us form , which clearly says a response should be received by customer service within 24 hours. There is no phone number listed to call. My daughter was heartbroken about the pinata and balloons. Apparantely , customer service is very unimportant with Birthday Express. I will certainly keep contacting them and demand a refund.

My package arrived to Texas and is now being sent back to WI because of insufficient info on label. I’m out 50 dollars with no party supplies and my event is in a week.

Amazing prices! Fantastic selection! Arrived way ahead of original due date! I was more than pleased with the quality. I was able to buy party goods for 2 parties for less than the price of one in the store! Definitely will be ordering again!
