When I received my package I was missing a product. I immediately emailed them about the issue and never got a response. So I reached out again, and also got no response

No Customer Service! Did not receive all the items that I ordered!
There was no customer service. First, I emailed them asking about the order I placed because I hadn’t heard anything for days. I received no response. I did receive an order confirmation right after placing the order but that’s it. A few days later, I emailed them again to check on the status of the order, no response. Days later, I finally received an ups tracking number. I waited until my delivery day to see if the items would actually be delivered. Well, some of them came, not all of them. I’ve emailed them and still haven’t received any response. I paid for all the items. 2 of the items were missing from my package. I tried calling as well on numerous occasions but the phone line isn’t working. I did notice that what I paid for the ticket booth ($29.99) bc that’s what was on the website, was now ($49.99) on the website and on the marketing emails I received daily. My guess is they forgot to change the price on their website. That’s one of the items that didn’t come in my package. If I don’t receive any response today, I’m disputing the charges and will send back the items they did send to me. I’m very annoyed by this as they were the only company that sold this ticket booth and my client requested this particularly for their daughter’s 2nd birthday party. Now I have to explain to them why it will not be here.

Missing item - no way to call & didn't return email. I was sent an obscure item in it's place. I checked the packing slip and the item I ordered was on it.
Very disappointed
I ordered 5 packs of paper plates, some napkins, and a centerpiece for my daughter's baby shower. I didn't receive the paper plates and I emailed Birthday Express twice and still have not received a response and payment for the plates has not been refunded. I had to reorder the paper plates from another company and pay for them again. Will not be doing business with this company again. Planning to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Never received items
I ordered my items on October 9 so they would arrive in time for an October 22 party. The items never shipped. I received no updates and still have not received my items. I would like to request a full refund.
