My first time buying items, wish they had more Skaven in stock though, hope get more real soon.

Fast delivery times, reasonable prices, quick re-stock especially if you add something to your watch list and good communicators.

Very quick delivery and good stock updates. If bits are not in stock, you can request e-mail notification as soon as they become available. Have been using this company for a while and was not dissapointed a single time.

It is hard to find good Bitz without having to cull them yourself. This company provide a wide range of stock (don't let the 'not in stock' fool you - request an email when it comes back in stock and it seems to happen very quickly), in excellent condition and very quick delivery. I highly recommend them for you Warhammer / 40K needs!

Really good company, perfect place to buy bitz from Games Workshop's games.
Plenty of stock, fast delivery, cheap.
There is some space for upgrading but it's hard to make it become better than it already is.

Sometimes communication with bitzbox can be slow and often times questions aren't answered fully. Unless you are special ordering items and using their premium service, this shouldn't be an issue what so ever. Even with the communication complaint, I still plan on continuing my premium service so its only a minor complaint

Bitzbox has provided excellent service.
They are always willing to answer any questions you have over your orders. They are also fairly prompt with customers orders and inquiries.
I'd mark it a 9/10 only because it can a couple weeks for bitz to come into stock. I do like the email notification function built into the site. I imagine it helps them from having large numbers of back orders for to popular bitz.

I couldn't put 9/10, but that's what I think Bitz Box is worth. Very honestly run business, nice chap who looks after it, prompt service and a good range of stuff. What more could a humble servant of the Emperor ask for? :-)

They have one of the best stock updates system and a service without faults. Fast shipment and delivery and always helpful in case any problem is found.

Cannot fault bitz box for anything, good website

I have ordered a few times and been very happy with the service. I think the inclusion of non-GW bits was a good move.
For the hard to get parts it would be nice if we can actually ask to get x amount of the item, it is a pain to wait for them to come on stock and then the first guys on take them all. If they can work to keep items in stock it would be great too.
Finally, if we could have an option to pay extra for better delivery like track and trace it would be awesome.
Good site, a little work and it can be fantastic :)
