Bitzbox are really good for getting items quickly. They've also improved recently by stocking bitz from non-GW companies too. I like the feature that emails you an in-stock notification, I have been able to get hard to find bitz that way before they go out of stock!

I'll be a customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.

A great website. Having ordered from them many times now, I've never had any issues with them.

Bitzbox is a reliable webshop that often stocks new items! Products are correct, and should a mistake be made, it is immediatly set right without hassle.
And not just GW bitz, but also Forgeworld and others are in their assortment.
Reason I buy at Bitzbox is the handy, clear website that makes it easy to shop. Also the ability to be notified once a bit becomes back in stock, is super nice!

on top of that, the prices are very reasonable as well.
Sadly I live outside the UK, so it takes a while until my order arrives.

For the last three years I have used Bitz Box on a regular, possibly weekly basis. I recommend it to any and all 40k or Fantasy battle enthusiasts. When it comes to Warhammer 40k, or the other one, Bitz Box is my first port of call when I begin converting... they break down the kits and sell the parts individually, a converters dream.

They post really fast, the prices are competitive and on the rare occasion my orders have missed items they post them out immediately and sort any discrepancies with the minimum of fuss.

Personally i love this site. Its incredibly useful. Id recommend it to my friends. However i really think they should restock more often. Apart from that they are a really great site and i plan to continue buying from them.

Well I could, but my life would be a whole lot more expensive.

Bitzbox is 100% reliable and is a service that delivers. Since the redundant Games Workshop Troll Service (where you could mail order individual parts for your models instead of buying the complete model) services such as Bitzbox have started and quickly replaced the void left.
In my opinion, Bitxbox keeps its "bitz" reasonably well stocked, offering email alerts and notifications for specific parts you need when they are in stock again - very good for those hard to find parts. And the main advantage, is that all their parts ALL, are very fairly priced and even after purchasing a lot of parts, you always feel that you have had your money well spent. Delivery is very quick, well-packaged in padded envelopes.
One of the best websites I have ever used for acquiring Games Workshop and other modelling parts and I would highly recommend to anyone anywhere anytime

You get good custom service, fast shipping. Website works fine. Only one thing holding back from excellent, lack of inventory.

Unfortunately the good service was overshadowed by the expectation of what I ordered. The Chaos space marine bargain bag, when I received and opened up this item i was disappointed to find that the vast majority of bitz were simply a large quantity of the same part. eg. 9 chaos terminator fists of the identical style. 12 identical terminator heads and thats not mentioning the multitude of repetitive possessed arms and terminator spikes.
The only saving grace for this order is a pair of legs and the 2 other bitz that i ordered seperate to the mixed bag
After the anticipation i can only say that i am disappointed

Never had any problems when ordering from Bitz Box, Fast deliveries, Well packaged items, Well clipped!

Would always recommend this to anyone who needs any bits
for conversion or otherwise!
