Looks like new
Refurbished PC's are very competitive and upgraded to the latest windows. On delivery my PC looked like new. Fired up with no problems and very quick after my old PC!

My laptop arrived next day and looks almost like new. Supplied as requested with 1tig of memory. Very well packaged and works beautifully.
Would have been 5 stars but requested office programme had not been installed.

Can't fault them
Items delivered exactly when promised, well packaged and as described. Contacted them for VAT invoice (Despite it being in the box) and got instant help over chat and it was with me via email immediately.
Everything expectation i had was met. Can't fault them at all.

Excellent company to deal with!
I placed my order over the Christmas holidays but as soon as the company re-opened it was dispatched on their first day back. I have used the company previously and so was aware that their customer service was excellent.Very happy with item, packing and service in general...still an excellent company to deal with as they were several years ago!

The laptop you selected does not have touchscreen and it cannot be upgraded to a touchscreen. If you would rather return the laptop for a refund, I would be happy to process this for you. We are back on the 4th January so feel free to give us a call if you would like to proceed with this.

There should be instruction mannual with the computers. Itsaid it will be windows 11 but its windows 10 and web camera not working.
******All has been taken care of . Got windows 11 and online help to sort camera out . I take all my above words back and commend the help I got. Thank you very much👍👍 5 stars

The website has an option to select Windows 10 or Windows 11. I have just checked the order and it was placed with the Windows 10 option. If you wish to return it we will install Windows 11 for you free of charge.
We test the webcam and microphone prior to dispatch. Once we return from our Christmas break, I am happy to link to the laptop remotely and check this out for you. Alternatively, you can email us and I will do my best to help you over the Christmas period.

Ordering was easy online and item was despatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the wrong power cable was supplied. This was quickly resolved after I contacted them by email. I would have given 5 stars if not for this mix up and I feel their response to my email deserves 5 stars also. The computer I received looks in perfect condition with no scratches or dents and is working well.
