Outstanding Customer Service & Recommendations
I went to Bromley for replacement walking shoes. It was a blessing that they didn't have my size in stock, as they went one better and provided an alternative wide fit brand, based on the wear and tear of my shoes and my walking style. The walking shoes fit so much better, especially with the adjustments made for the smaller size foot.
I was also provided with a wealth of information for my feet, as well as recommendations and suggestions, not to mention the correct way to tie the laces, for the chosen footwear.
It was a pleasure to receive outstanding customer service from Eloise and Sandra, whose knowledge, patience and easy go manner, made it an enjoyable experience.

I was welcomed in to the store like I was an old friend and the old man called chris. He took his time to explain everything to me and was just a delight to talk to. I would definitely recommend Bromley blacks as they’re all so nice and polite.
