The company made an error with my order. Needed top down bottom up with hold down brackets. They remade the blinds and made it right.

It came earlier than expected and fit perfectly

I like the handle to help lift the blind, my last two didn't have that feature.

The blinds seem awesome and I think I'm going to really like them, however, I had to order remakes due to a hardware piece at the bottom, the instructions for measuring were confusing and I did not realize I could order a 3 sided frame. Put in reorder with customer service but apparently that got mailed to the wrong address and when I called to check on the order, we had to put in a whole new order which delayed it yet again. Still waiting so I can't give full review as they are not installed yet.

the blinds look great. the price was very good. we ordered them for a couple rooms in our church and everyone is very pleased with them. no problems with the order or shipping. very pleased customer.

I have sent numerous requests to have our blinds installed correctly. Zero response by calling or by email.

Blinds are working perfectly and were very easy to install. Only complaint is no handle available with sliding door vertical blind. Doesn’t make sense to me.

My original blind order arrived damaged. The spring return wasn't working. They replaced it immediately.

Needed a set of blinds to match the last set I'd ordered for the room. Same color and texture, etc. Called the help line, gave the receptionist my information, and she pulled up my last order. She was able to confirm that my new order would match my order from 5 months ago. Excellent customer service!

The blackout and thermal properties of the product are working quite well.

The wand on one of the blinds keeps coming unscrewed. I feel like it’s a very poor design. If i had know this would happen I wouldn’t hand paid extra for a longer wand. I would has just stayed with the short one which is one piece. Didn’t notice it right away because we were having the room painted and just hung the new blinds yesterday.
