Wonderful made blinds and to my windows measurement . I like a company whom caters to the customer ! Great customer service and very prompt delivery! Got samples quickly advisers bit slow to respond to my emails but in the end I got what I wanted and followed instructions to hang the solar shade and I am very happy with it.

The blinds arrived faster than expected and the quality was great.

DO NOT PURCHASE MOTORIZED SHADES!! We spent almost $6k 5 years ago on roman shades. About 1/3 of them are motorized. Unfortunately, the remote they gave us has started to malfunction, rendering the motorized blinds useless!! I spoke to multiple people at the company, and every single time, I got the "it's company policy to not replace the remote after 3 years." Said another way, it's company policy to render thousands of dollars of blinds useless after 3 years if something happens to the remote. I inquired each time if I could buy a new remote (I was not trying to get anything free here) and they said no! I tried reaching out to leadership and management and NONE of them responded to my inquiries about this.

What kind of company policy is this? Had I known this policy up front, I would have went through a different company for the blinds.

Honestly this is probably mostly my fault because I should have known better than to order something custom, but I went to hang them and they looked awful. Too big for the room and because I was told to go with the outer mount, they stuck out way too much. Tried to do a return and was obviously told no so I just threw them out. Lesson learned.

Beautiful blinds, very quick turnaround and customer service a dream to work with... I put the wrong measurement on one of the blinds and didn't realize it until I received them, I called customer service and told them what I did (taking full responsibility) and they very kindly said " no problem, what is your correct measurement? we will send you a new one... no charge"

Received the order on time, easy installation instructions. looks and works great!

After we purchased blinds for our entire home, we called back to report one particular blind that had begun drooping…so low that it scrapes on the top of the French door when opened. Customer service said they would replace the blind, but couldn’t right away because their color palette had changed and they needed to send color samples. The color samples never arrived. I email repeatedly but they are no longer responding.

Customer service is everything, and Blinds.com delivers!
I made a mistake with the motorized shades I ordered and Tamia, who answered the phone was so kind and patient. She said I fell within the 30 day customer service satisfaction guarantee, and therefore, she said they will make new blinds for us, free of charge, as long as we donate the original shades. The blinds are well made and the sizing is exact. I have placed quite a few orders, in three properties, over the last 5+ years and have always been very satisfied.
