My wife and I are so happy we found bloobloom.
After 2 years of searching for glasses we managed to buy 2 at bloobloom on the same day! The assistant male who helped us was amazing he did everything he could to ensure we found the right glasses. He also managed to squeeze us into for an eye test for free! We were highly satisfied with his service and support the entire experience was made perfect by him.

Arpit is the assistant who helped us he was perfect.

It’s rare to get human customer services these days and bloobloom staff proved that it is effective to have people support people.

We are grateful and will continue to recommend bloobloom. I’ve put 4 star only because the store floor could use some tidying up but the service was 5 stars by Arpit. Who did everything he could to ensure we left satisfied.

Absolutely loved the team in the Westfield branch. So friendly and welcoming, I honestly didn’t want to leave! Thanks to Dua and Yasmin for being patient and helping while I took ages to decide. There was also a very lovely gentleman who helped whose name I don’t remember but me and my sisters were extremely pleased with the customer service. I will definitely be a loyal customer from this experience! Thanks bloobloom team ❤️

I came to Bloobloom on Carnaby Street for an eye test and to purchase some new glasses as I was long overdue. When I arrived I was greeted by all the friendly staff who explained the process. I had my eye test and when it came to selecting a pair of glasses Saj couldn’t have been more helpful. He really went the extra mile to ensure I had the chance to explore different styles and his expertise led me to purchase some glasses I would likely have never taken off the shelf. He was so friendly and super helpful and really made the experience that much more enjoyable

Had such a great experience with Emmanuel Taylor at Bloobloom today. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped me choose a pair of glasses that I absolutely love—ones I probably wouldn’t have picked out on my own.

Everything was amazing - the store was gorgeous, the service was super friendly and efficient. As soon as I came in they saw my glasses and took them to tighten them up and make them better for me even though they're not blooblooms! My free eye test was smooth and quick, then they assisted me in picking some frames - ever member of staff I interacted with was very friendly and professional, but Abdul especially was an absolute star! He's clearly very knowledgeable and enjoys helping people find what best suits them and allignes with their own style, he made me feel super comfortable and was a fun, patient, and engaging person to work with! Furthermore you can pay in installments which makes the stylish frames and more luxury feel of the store accessible, cannot recommend enough!!

In an enshitified world of squeezing the most out of every customer, this retail experience was a real pleasure. Unpretentious, knowledgeable, helpful staff, greeting return customers by name, giving genuinely helpful advice and not trying to upsell anything. Empowered by a company that clearly sees the value in delivering this type of experience and value.

I was helped by Saatwik, who was excellent – knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The sales approach felt very natural and customer-focused, which I really appreciated. The lady who assisted me with choosing my glasses was also lovely, even though I didn’t catch her name.

Rebecca, who carried out my eye test, was fantastic as well. She was thorough, reassuring, and explained everything clearly.

Overall, a very positive experience with a genuinely cool and approachable team. I’d definitely recommend Bloobloom to anyone looking for prescription glasses.
