The kings road staff are THE best !! They’re so nice, friendly I just love my experience whenever I go in

popped in just to have a look and somehow walked out with two pairs of glasses… and honestly, I couldn’t be happier!

The charming gentleman who helped me was absolutely adorable — so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. I enjoyed the experience so much that I ended up choosing two pairs without even realising!

He made the whole process feel easy and fun, and I absolutely love both pairs I picked. Such a lovely atmosphere and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for new glasses.

I was long overdue for getting new specs with my new prescription (40's hit different!) and knew I wanted something unique, something stylish, but also something universal and built well. A tall order. A taller order when you're buying online sight unseen (no pun intended). So I figured why not. I grabbed 2 pairs of the Pathfinder; one regular and one sunglasses. There was one moment where a third party customs agency needed payment to get the glasses out of the UK and into the US, which threw me a bit, but their customer service was incredibly helpful and got me over the hump. 1 week later I had some of the best specs I've ever bought. Half the price of anything like it out there, strong construction, stylish and the packaging was on point too. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a great experience during my eye check-up. It was quick, professional and friendly and Saatwik was very helpful with helping me pick up my new pair of glasses. I managed to do all including browsing in less than 30 min.

Only went for a free eye test (but was suspicious as normally there's a big sales pitch after) and they didn't try to sell me anything - but helped when I asked for it. I visited the Spitalfields store and was more than happy to buy some new specs thanks to the relaxed vibe, genuinely nice staff, and reasonable pricing.

The store and selection were excellent, and the prices and quality are unbelievably good. Deshanee, who helped me, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right glasses for me.

I wanted to purchase sunglasses for sometime and just happen to stumble across Bloobloom, I walked in and was approached by Hafsa who greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed anything just ask, a few moments went by deciding which sunglasses I would buy and I made a decision with the truly fantastic help of Hafsa who’s customer service was of an amazing standard.

From the moment I walked in the store I felt a welcome energy. Emmanuel was friendly and professional helping me with checking in for my appointment whilst waiting for the Optometrist. After my eyes had been tested he had a great choice of frames for me to look at without me even telling him what I was looking for. So much so, I chose 2 pairs he suggested.

The Optometrist was also great explaining the changes in my eye sight and advising me on my best option for lenses.

Had a really great experience at the Kings Road branch, very friendly and helpful staff that allowed the time to try on lots of frames and were not pushy trying to up sell. A far better experience than other high street opticians. Amazing range of frames and very reasonably priced. Also love that there is home delivery. Also thank you to Roberto for being great.
