I was originally contacted by Oliver Charlish to find out if I had any need for an SAP or Hybrid expert. When my contract finished I got in touch to see if he had any suitable roles, Oliver immediately took action to propose my profile to his clients to proactively find something. He had a few interesting roles and provided great support during the interview process. I would definitely go back to him if I am looking for a role or hiring again.

Recently John and I have been working together for an opportunity in the SAP retail domain in the UK.
John has been extremely candid, starting from our first catch up and shared every possible information all along with me and has played a very important role in the process. I also found him a very flexible for setting up the discussions very early in the morning for him, adjusting to NZ timezone.
Often he has gone beyong the ususal recruiter role and explained every possible points that a candidate may require to know.

In this business it's really rare to find Recruiters/Partners, who are not running after you on a daily basis. Bluewave is one of the few, Agencies working with is not purely based on fast profit thinking. The Consultants we/I am working with, staffed via Bluewave are actually the only ones I have never heard complains from about payments and contracts. So keep the good reputation.
