Trustworthy, straight, helpful, courteous - I've dealt with Bluewave as a candidate and as a client - they are really good guys to deal with. They act as a facilitator, not some cloak and dagger resource pusher. They treat consultants and customers with the same level of respect, and they are extremely good at understanding the needs of both (having been both I can vouch for this!).

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Watts at bluewaveSELECT.Tyler Watts is very open, honest and extremely capable recruiter. We had some unexpected delays with regards to getting the contract signed from the client for my latest contract. Tyler regularly followed up with the client for issuing the contract and also frequently updated me of the status.
