I live in a smaller town and there is 2 stops signs between my house and the warehouse so to say my parcel is late due to a transit issue when it’s been in town for a day already is a poor excuse. They took on the contract if they can’t handle the volume of packages hire more people

Every time Amazon sends me a parcel using BNI there's an issue. Today on Amazon tracking it said BNI delivered packages, 4 hours later it says delivery delayed. I've asked Amazon several times not to send me anything through them. BNI is absolute garbage and if this is what Christmas deliveries will be like I'll be getting rid of Amazon.

Drivers never ring doorbell just toss packages on step and run away. Package says was delivered and shows pictures of it delivered but I never received it. Amazon need to stop using them.

I have a 40% success rate of actually receiving products when shippers use this company. They fail 100% of the time to respond to any requests of products being shipped to customers. I'd give them a zero star rating if it was possible

They slashed the bottom of the package and took the item and delivered a completely empty envelope. With these reviews why would Amazon even use them . I’ve had zero issues with dragonfly

If you are looking for the courier BNI this is not the right company BNI shipping is part of Post Media parcel service dot com .... no spaces .

I would rate it as lower than 1 star if that was possible. Instead of delivering to my home address, they just dump my orders at the depot and I have to go retreive them. The depot has rotten hours and is not really in a direction I go so it is a special trip to get my items that I paid to have home delivery. All other couriers come to my home address. The depot is owned by the couriers mother so I suspect that she gets paid a small amunt for every package so instead of doing thier job, the courier is lazy and this benefits her mother though extra income at the expense of customer service.

Several missing packages and they take no responsibility for anything.

I live in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of Miramichi, I am very satisfied with the service. My Amazon was consistently late when CP delivered. Since BNI has been delivering, it's always on time.

Date of experience ongoing. I have a package due today. Thanks to BNI I know it will be here.....on time!!!

Make sure you're around for delivery!Was away the day of delivery, when I got home I had someone elses package (Ordered a book set of over 200$, package i got described a heat shield plates for a Mustang on the box..I drive a Corolla.Whoever is restoring their car is more than likely pissed as I am.) Why? All because the driver didn't look at the postal code; the last numbers where different. Either they don't understand Gps or I don't know.

My partner and I live in an apartment, and the only way to get in is through a key fob. However, they can punch in our unit number and ring our phone, notifying us of arrival. I hadn’t heard anything go off, and lo and behold, I get a notification at 1:09 saying how the delivery failed. This has happened three times on separate orders. The amount of incompetence is astonishing.

Delivered at the wrong address. Luckily it was at my next door neighbour's so I did get it.

They are always late. They say the package will be delivered by 8 pm but a lot of the time it never is and you are left waiting for a package to arrive for hours and it never arrives until late the next day or days later. When you complain to Amazon you are given the run around.

I have come to really appreciate this company. This company has completely changed the way they deliver our parcels. They listened and fixed the problems. I order a lot and get many packages and these guys are terrific - not like Purolator (the worst) - these guys deliver consistently on time, they send an email the morning of so you know a parcel is coming and they send another after they deliver it, who could ask for more.

BNI Should not be in business. Contacting them has been a nightmare.

I don't usually have any issues with any of the delivery companies here. ,But today expecting a phone case for my granddaughter for xmas.. the package was left at the end of my driveway and covered in snow. Just lucky I could see it threw the snow and no-one run over it. Just dumb to leave it there.

They never deliver the packages. They always send it back. How TF are they working for Amazon. Amazon should fire them.

Deres psykoterapeuter er ikke uddannet. Jeg ved med sikkerhed at en af BNI’s registrerede psykoterapeuter kun har en pædagogisk assisten uddannelse.

Dette er meget bekymrende da mennesker som opsøger terapi er et sårbart sted i deres liv og opsøger professionel hjælp og ved at gå ind på bni’s hjemmeside får de så alt andet.

Jeg vil derfor anbefale at man som klient spørg ind til uddannelsesstedet hvor terapeuten er uddannet og evt. grund uddannelse. Man kan på nuværende tidspunkt kun kigger efter om terapeuter er medlem af dansk psykoterapeutisk forening og derved hedder psykoterapeut MPF for at være sikker på uddannelsesniveauet.

Vær kritisk med jeres mentale helbred.

Why am I not surprised when it's BNI and Irving hand in cahoots?
Everything Irving does is horrible and severly poluting in some way. A few planted trees won't cut it guys!
I have to breath in the wonderful smells of the paper mill. YUK, I have to deal with EXCESSIVE loud train horns 24/7 multiple times over and over. (Too cheap to pay for railway crossings. It's easier to destroy the mental and physical health of everyone) I HEAR EVERY CROSSING BLAST WITH WINDOWS CLOSED AND TV ON, FROM BENTLEY TO THE BREWERY AND I AM LOWER WEST!

NOW, About BNI:
I too cringe every time I see delivery by BNI. I currently have an Amazon package on the way to me this Sept. 22/2024 being (mis) handled by BNI.
Amazon says it's out for delivery but after playing all BNI's site games to prove I am human (Grrrrr) it takes an additional 2 minutes to tell me it has no record of the number I perfectly copied twice and put into their system.
I've had packages damaged by them, returned to Amazon, Wrong address and street, packages left outside on my doorstep right beside the sidewalk for someone to take.
AMAZON: STOP USING THIS HORRIBLE PATHETIC IRVING RUN JOKE OF A BUSINESS!
IT ISN'T WORTH YOUR CUSTOMER'S GRIEF!

I always dread when it is BNI deliver from amazon. I have asked them not to use them. They are either late or the parcel does not come.
