There nothing but scammers.
the business refuses straight up to delete my information from there systems.
They keep spamming me and calling me.
i have reported them has harassment and will no have them filtered to the block and report list.

Best service I have ever received. I know when my driver scans the parcel I will very quickly be receiving it. Have never had an issue with this company. Management holds drivers accountable. Company communicates when something has gone wrong. Our driver even found my dog up the road once and brought her back. Best service I have ever received. Treated like family

We live very rural, and this has been our best company to get our packages thru, besides Canada post. 9/10 times packages are delivered on time, with usually storms messing up that 1 time out of 10.

I have dealt with BNI with Amazon only and have had more than I few problems with them. Lately I had to order a package 3 times first said it was damaged and sent back. It is solid rubber and would have to be melted to be damaged. Second time same product different seller BNI say attempted delivered at 7pm in the evening, Got that message at 1:30 in the afternoon. How do you make a delivery 5 hours in the future? They must use a time machine. I hope Amazon wakes up soon and realize that BNI has to GO. Not only that Amazon chat gave me their number, I called and the person on the other end was not happy answering this number which is not BNI. Called the number on the web site the recording said who they were but also said this is not BNI delivery. Wake up Amazon the cheap deal you have with BNI is not worth it.

The say they value top notch business people but then they apparently don’t follow up on that. They have a womanizing liar in their group. They must only concentrate on money and nothing else.

The worst delivery service!

Delayed delivery, package hasnt moved from the warehouse in days with no help from customer service at all. Will likely have to get a refund from Amazon and reorder!

**edit: my package was returned to sender and BNI marked it as undeliverable although there no attempt to deliver. Package made it to their warehouse and was returned less than 24 hours later. There was no reason for this whatsoever and customer service was nonexistent.

doesn't get worst than BNI or by what they call themselves now which is Post Media. Pay their drivers peanuts and get unreliable drivers. I can't say I blame the drivers because this is an Irving owned company who have always been scoundrels in regards to employees and business practices

Amazon always sends our packages through Intelcom and everything's been great; they deliver on time, and I've never had a problem with them.

Lately, Amazon started using BNI for our packages. The packages always stay on "out for delivery" status for 3 days, and then they end up at a pickup location (20 minutes from us). We live in rural New Brunswick, although our road is always maintained, I understand if they're too lazy to deliver a package out of the way. What I don't understand is: why pretend to attempt to deliver only for the package to end up at a pickup location? Just dump the package in a pickup location right away so we get a chance to pick it up on time instead of holding it for several days.

The worst! Amazon shipped my last 2 orders with BNI. Both times the orders were late by a few days. They use some lame excuse that it is out of their control. Ya right just too lazy. How come the other couriers can do it? I complained to Amazon and told them to never ship my orders using BNI. If they do, I will return the orders. BNI needs to go out of business they are so bad. By the way, the last order still hasn't arrived. I spent $46 more to just buy the product locally because I couldn't wait for that lazy courier to deliver. Amazon refunded me thankfully. Not good for the customer or for Amazon either. Shame on BNI.

Horrible!!! Customer service sounds like a script from 1970! We have your package but we can’t deliver it. No reason, no apology. Just too lazy! Amazon has to stop using this joke of a “courier”.

I was a BNI member for 2 years. In September I paid £1678 to renew for a further 2 years and in October the BNI chapter decided due to being absent without having a sub in my place they terminated my membership with 23 months left to run. They are now refusing to refund saying once fees are paid they don't offer any kind of refund.
BNI is nothing more than a scam, shady business practices and should be avoided. Any reputable business with confidence in their product offers a refund policy especially when it is the company choosing not to deliver the product/service paid for!
