Battery is bad
BOIFUN 2K WiFi Video Doorbell Camera.worked decent for about a year, some delay on the video and sometimes weeks without notification on mobile phone, but for the price we dealt with it, but the battery going down fast after a year , went from 3/4 month battery charge to only 2/3 weeks real fast , now on the 2 years "anniversary" battery barely last 2/3 days.

Won't buy again as customer service is non existent
Miserabler/ nicht existenter Kundenservice
Nach noch nicht ganz 2 Jahren hat der Bildschirm unseres Babyphones den Geist aufgegeben. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Boifun kam die Rückmeldung, dass sich ein Senior-Team um das Anliegen kümmert und dass man sich nicht weiter meldet da man sonst wieder weiter nach unten rutscht… Die E-Mail habe ich im Oktober erhalten und jetzt 5 Monate später immer noch nichts gehört..
Wir waren erst sehr zufrieden mit dem Babyphone und hätten es sehr gerne weiter genutzt nur ist der Support leider miserabel.
Bad customer experience
We bought a Boifun camera and the screen barely reached 5-6 meters, which was useless. I had to pay for the return and send pictures of the reboxing etc, I posted back the parcel and they never refunded me for the product, unfortunately I lost the shipping tracking number but they were no help, I am down a camera and over 200 euro.
No meaningful response to solve problem.
Bought BOIFUN 2K Solar Wireless Security Outdoor Camera. Pleased with the purchase initially but within the warranty period had a problem with focus. Contacted the company and provided all details of model, purchase date etc and heard no more. Despite follow ups have heard nothing.
Su Servicio de Atencion al Cliente NO da soluciones
Compre una camara Boifun wifi para el jardin en abril 2023. Pues bien en diciembre 2025 se me estropeo. Escribi a su Servicio de Atencion al Cliente y no me han hecho ni caso. O sea, tenerlo en cuenta ya que no tienen servicio postventa. les envie email y nime han contestado.

Only works when monitor plugged in
Only works when monitor plugged in, looses battery the second you try to move the monitor. Feels really naff and I wouldn’t put my trust in this product. Have been constantly worried it will just turn off and I won’t hear my son. Please invest in something better!

Nicht nur schlechter Support, sondern auch rechtswidriges Verhalten
Gekauft wurde ein Babyphone über den Boifun-Shop bei Amazon. nach ein paar Monaten (ca. 4) ließ sich der Bildschirm nicht mehr einschalten.
Es wurde Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen. Einmal über meine Frau und nochmal über mich. Wir bekamen zunächst standardisierte Antworten u.a. eine Abgabe an das "Senior-Support-Team" (was auch immer das sein mag). Vom SST kam jedenfalls kein Rückmeldung mehr. Da auf der Händlerseite weder ein Impressum noch eine zustellfähige Adresse zu finden ist, legt die Angelegenheit jetzt bei der Verbraucherzentrale und der Gewerbeaufsicht.

Je suis pas du même avis concernant les commentaires négatifs face aux services clients. Au contraire, pour ma part j'ai rencontré certe quelques soucis mais le service client est remarquable à chaque fois. Rapidité, sérieux, prise en charge immédiate franchement je peut vous assurer que des services client ainsi ce font rare de nos jours. Je suis cliente depuis 3 ans et malgré quelques soucis, le rapport qualité prix est top et le service client très professionnel

I rarely leave negative reviews, but parents deserve a warning. This baby monitor has several serious safety issues that made me stop using it after.
First, the device overheats, the monitor became hot to the touch, reading 40 degrees (our babies room was not 40 degrees) I shouldn’t have to worry about a basic baby product posing a fire risk.
Second, the wireless signal constantly drops, sometimes for minutes at a time. During two separate outages, the audio feed froze while my baby was crying in the next room. A baby monitor that can’t reliably transmit sound defeats its entire purpose.
Finally, the included power cord feels flimsy and disconnected multiple times while I was sleeping. Thankfully I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed.
Overall, this monitor caused more stress than peace of mind. For something meant to keep a child safe, this product falls dangerously short. I strongly suggest looking for a more reliable and secure option.

Schlechter Kundenservice. Einfach unverschämt wie Ma da behandelt wird. Babyphone lässt sich nicht mehr ausschalten und hängt sich immer auf.
Wir würden hier nichts mehr kaufen.

Ero anche disposto a pagare l'eventuale riparazione del tasto di accensione. Ma nulla. Comunque il monitor era ancora in garanzia.
I’m really impressed with this baby…
I’m really impressed with this baby monitor! The setup was quick, the picture and sound are crystal clear, and the night vision works perfectly. I love that I can pan and zoom the camera remotely, and the notifications are reliable without being overwhelming. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can check on my little one anytime from the monitor or my phone. Worth every penny!

I read a few reviews before purchasing this product and did see that some had experiences where the product stopped working and the customer service wasn’t great. Despite this I went ahead and ordered and find my self unfortunately in the same predicament. The camera element has stopped working. I’ve sent a video in as requested it’s now been nearly 3 week with no response despite the screen clearly stuck on 3 years warranty. It would seem from the other reviews that is true that this product only seems to manage around a year so I would definitely look into alternative products as I will not have to purchase another as the 3 year warranty isn’t worth the screen it’s written on.
Customer Support have been very helpful
I have a double baby monitor from Boifun which I also have warranty for. I had some issues with 2 of the 3 chargers stopping working and I contacted Boifun support who were very good at responding and trying to solve the issue professionally. They have been quick to respond and I didnt feel like i was being ignored or lost at who to speak with like some other companies so I was pleasantly surprised.
