The furniture is beautiful quality and shipped with suitable packaging.
Had one problem with a stool I ordered where the bolts would fit, the cut out wasn’t wide enough for the washer, but we fixed that by getting longer bolts
Generally good service and quality.

Rounded Chestnut Coffee Table
We are really impressed with the quality of our new coffee table. Unfortunately our original table arrived damaged but Anita in customer services was able to arrange a convenient pick-up for this and quick delivery of a replacement.

Since my earlier reviews Peter Stephens of Love Natural Furniture has been in close touch with me and very courteously dealt with my complaint.
It seems the courier had lost my order and that a replacement would take another 4 to 8 weeks. The Company immediately offered to refund my original cost and made a kind gesture of offering me £40 as compensation for the bother.I now realise that they are a small company but wanted readers to know that all is above board. They have even agreed to update their web site to make it easier to arrange contact.
All in all a very very satisfactory outcome

Gorgeous quality furniture
I've bought two of their bediside cabinets through Etsy. Items are late but the seller has been in touch to communicate reason for the delay (Suez Canal backlog) - I really appreciate that. I will update my review once I get my items.
UPDATE: Definitely NOT a scam. My bedside cabinets are simply beautiful!! I'm impressed with the quality, looks and finish, the wood has a wonderful grain and it's very sturdy. I'm also impressed with customer service, I couldn't track them on DHL - I was worried, and the seller - Anita - kept reassuring me every step of the way. I totally recommend this shop and the furniture that they sell - could not be happier with the product.

I understand there are a lot of scams online so I can see why you might be concerned but I want to reassure you that we are a proper business and not a scam. We have just had a couple of problems recently with our couriers and we are trying our best to rectify this and we have also had issues due to the Suez Canal blockage that you might have seen on the news.

You should have received automatic email confirmations with estimated dispatch times so I am not sure if these have gone to your spam folder or if there has been some other technical issue here. It arrived and sits perfectly in my bedroom, and is perfect. I love it. Looks more expensive than it was and is well made with a very good wooden top in an antique stain.
