I love it how Mary always takes her time to not only answer all your questions but to really take the time to explain the options that you have. Which is really nice as you always feel you understand the whole picture, which in turn enables you to make a descion. :)

A year ago, I arranged my income protection with LV through Bonaccord Life, and I was supported throughout the process by Maryellen Hayhurst. She was outstanding, kind, empathetic, and completely honest in regards to fees, exclusions and the best suited option for me.

Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free. I never felt pushed or that I was being sold something.
I had some conditions on my cover that were due for review after 12 months, and with just a simple email, Maryellen once again provided excellent support and guidance.

Although I haven’t needed to make a claim on my policy, the service I received in setting everything up was transparent, professional, and incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend Maryellen to anyone looking for reliable and supportive advice.
