The consultant was very friendly and covered everything I needed to know.

Lisa,was very helpful in making me understand the right life insurance policy. That was best for me. She explained everything,how long my policy was for ,how much my family would get if anything happened to me. Overall Bon Accord is a good company to deal with and to help u get the right insurance policy that u can afford.

I cancelled my policy, due to another company stating I was getting a better deal. But this was not the case. I got back intouch with Sarah Jane, to apologise & to ask could my previous policy be reinstated.

I had an absolute amazing conversation with Akheel Rehman today. Called up for home insurance, ended up reviewing my policy saving me money and giving additional benefits!! For me the biggest attraction dealing with Tina was that there was no hard sell. My circumstances are not standard by any stretch of the imagination, but she was able to help me through the web of life insurance and what my genuine requirements are foing forward.

Whilst Tina was open and honest, she explained the prducts that I currently hold and how these could be increased, but only if that's what I wanted to do - no hard sell, just a genuine approach and desire to meet customer need. Thank you @Tina!

From start to finish Akeel made the process as easy as possible. Was unsure what I wanted but he made it easy for myself to choose from. Cannot thank him enough for his patience and time.

Received a call to say they are ringing regarding my Bereavement cover and gave my insurers name. I told him it was already being processed. He then claimed the line was bad and cut off.
I mmeditely called my insurers who knew nothing about this company and assured me everything was being proceed for my late husband. How cruel can people be praying on the bereaved.
