I have used BookRenter for over a year now. I have always received my books in a timely manner, and the books have been in good condition; however, one of the books I just received was damaged, and I emailed customer service. I promptly received a reply back from them letting me know they had made a note on my account, and I would not be held responsible for the damaged book. I strongly suggest using this company.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to reach someone and still no answer to my emails or any help with the wrong item being sent. There is no phone number that works to get a person and emails go unanswered.

This was the first time I have rented a book online, and it was perfect! I was able to pick the date range I needed and was charged accordingly. I received my book in a very timely manner, and when it came time to return it all I had to do was print the papers and dropped it off to be sent. Didn't cost me another cent! I'll definitely be renting from you guys in the future!

GREAT selection and fast shipping

I was able to rent 2 of the 4 books I need for my fall 2016 semester of college. I attempted over the course of several weeks to rent the other 2 books. I went to another site for the other 2 rentals as I will be leaving for college this weekend. I have, in the past, had great success with renting. This time I was disappointed. Otherwise, I do recommend this site.
