BookRenter is great at getting my books to me and it is very easy to return the books. I have had zero problems using them.

I highly recommend book renters with your busy day to day schedule let book renters do the walking for you when you order, they are quick, fast and on time with all of my books. they cost is lower then any other book site that I have come in contact with.

I've ordered from book rental a few times and I love how efficient they are. The book came in two days like promised. It was in great condition and I love the free return label.

Great Experience

I simply search and ISBN and I find the book I need in the formats it is available in. 99% of the time they are cheaper than Amazon and other distributors. The return process is so easy too, put it back in the box it came in, print the provided return label and ship it back. I've been using BookRenter for over a year now, and have no plans to change

The books are in good shape, very low cost, ship quickly and easy returns. GREAT!

Book renter is a great help for those classes that I will never reuse the book for.

You can find any book for a good price. Delivery is fast too.

I have used BookRenter.com several times and love it. The service they provide is excellent and easy to use.

I have requested two day shipping twice and did not receive on time.

They are not very sure of their inventory and are very difficult to get on the phone. I called to question a book that was listed as a bundle. They assured me I would be receiving the entire bundle but could not guarantee a working code. I was fine with that. All I recieved was one textbook. When I called to advise them of the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. Instead she was rather rude and disrespectful.

I placed my order on 7/11. Today is 7/19, and still no book. The tracking is not helpful. It started with UPS and is supposed to go to USPS. As of 7/15 USPS says they were notified they will receive the package, but it still hasn't made it's way there. My class began yesterday and if it doesn't arrive soon I will be behind since I need the book to complete the assignments.

I have gone through a nursing program and am currently pursuing a higher designation and BookRenter has helped me so much a long the way. Everything has been smooth, easy, and cost effective. The only time I rented elsewhere, I had issues with them so I highly recommend this service!

Do yourself a favor and rent from Amazon! The shipping prices, mishaps, poor customer service, and the call I've been waiting 3 weeks for from a manager all says save your money and go to a reputable company. I have rented from them several times and it's just not worth it.

I could not seem to make sense of the 2 day shipping service. I paid an extra $9.99 for a 2 day shipping charge for a book I ordered and did not receive it until 4 days and got charge $9.99. So, when I emailed the customer service and requested a refund for $9.99, I got refused. I will not be ordering books any longer with Book Renter.

Great prizes and the books come in great condition.

This was the 1st time I used BoomRenter and I must say that I am very pleased and will be using them again.

Love how fast the shipping was. The binding of the book was damaged which is annoying when I'm opening the book, but I'm renting the book so it wasn't a big deal.
