Emma was very helpful! However when I arrived at Budget to get my rental they denied me! I was told this is reservation was not correct and seemed like a scam! I did call Emma back immediately and she apologized and refunded my deposit!

It was a nice experience through our trip from Georgia to Ohio and back. The SUV was a nice and classy. Peter was so professional and nice throughout our conversation until he secured a car for our funeral vacation. Thank you so much Car rental desk and thank you Peter.
