I have received excellent customer care from Boots Hearing care team based in Abergavenny Monmouthshire.

The really good news is that Boots Hearing care team continue to support their customers as they adapt and adjust to wearing Hearing aids.

Five star service. The audiologist was friendly, helpful, professional and thorough. After a hearing check with a different business I was told that hearing aids would do nothing for me. How wrong! They make the world of difference. The only small disappointment is that Boots insurance isn't currently available and it's been a nightmare to find affordable cover elsewhere.

Leanne was absolutely amazing at guiding me through the tests and explaining what my results meant for me. When it came to choosing my hearing aids, she was really helpful and it didn’t feel pushy at all. It felt like she really had my best interests at heart and wanted the best for me.

I’m looking forward to going back for adjustments and check ups and being able to experience all the sounds that I’ve been missing!

Could not fault my experience

I was impressed with the equipment available and the thoroughness of the consultation. The Phonac hearing aids were a vast improvement on my Signia aids. They were very expensive and it may be better to charge for consultations and service and to charge less for the aids.

Caragh is the just excellent at her job as an audiologist. So helpful and knowledgeable !!

Brilliant…

I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and went through a series of questions to assess my hearing difficulties
I was kept informed at each stage of the hearing test making sure I was at ease at all times
Hearing aids were then fitted and tuned into my needs with a few more question
I received my hearing aids within one week was shown how to charge and fit them
Overall a very pleasant and relaxed experience

I was put completely at my ease. After having a couple of appointments elsewhere, I was very confused and wanted some sensible advice. I was very happy with the audiologist and felt that the advice given was sensible and reassuring. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and am happy with what was recommended

Just purchased my latest set of hearing aids :- upgrading from initial battery type , to rechargeable , to now best digital Phonak and the support experience has been superb from the audiologist Leanne Andrews .
I am so happy with the kit and the way they have been prepared and adjusted precisely for my needs

I believe it was down to the people and when I met Caragh Davies she made me feel at ease and was so helpful having arranged a follow up appointment a short time after my initial consultation 👍
