The hearing test was carried out to my satisfaction but unfortunately the cost of the hearing aids was more expensive than can be purchased elsewhere. On that basis I did not proceed.

Louise Cooper - the truth !
I saw a 5-star review praising Louise at Bournemouth and told her it was time I redressed the balance. Ah, blow it ! I can't find anything to criticise. Maybe she should laugh louder at my terrible jokes ? Actually I agree 100% with the earlier review, especially her patience with a crusty old devil like me. She knows a bit about hearing care too !
Special mention for Louise's colleague Ben, sometimes kept in a broom cupboard in a far corner of the shop. Maybe they should take it in turns for the main room when they're both in together ? Anyway, he's amazingly friendly and helpful too. He also laughs at my jokes !
