Ruth in chesterfield was really good. I had a 75 minute full hearing assessment, she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. She listened to all my needs gave a lot of advice. I can fully recommend this service

We were at boots with my mum.Rebecca was amazing,looked after my mum and was very professional and talked us through everything we needed to know about my mums new hearing aids, and made my mum feel at ease thank you so much we would recommend boots for all your needs.

My initial introduction for a hearing test then a trial, followed by an actual bespoke fitting for an aid, was overseen by Ruth who was absolutely fantastic.
Every aspect was covered clinically and professionally but with a gentle understanding of my hearing needs.

Audiologist was friendly and welcoming. She listened to my concerns, made some adjustments and gave helpful advice. This was my fourth appointment and each time was as good.

My 95 year old mother had a full hearing assessment with Ruth at Chesterfield Boots Hearingcare - it was an excellent experience. Ruth patiently explained everything to my mum before the test and patiently and thoroughly explained the results of the test.
Without any pressure to buy, my mum was offered a 45 minute test of a hearing aid which Ruth felt would improve my mum's hearing - long enough to go to Costa to test it out. In short, it significantly improved my mum's hearing despite the noticeable background noise (only one 'pardon' all the time we were in Costa compared to the many I would normally expect). Feedback from my mum is excellent too - she felt very well looked after 😀

Ruth the audiologist who saw my grandparents, she was brilliant and so accommodating. I feel like she fully listened to all of their issues and was able to link this back to clinical evidence. I would like to say a massive thankyou to her, all the best.

Rebecca provided excellent advice and support throughout. She explained things clearly and showed me how to look after and maintain the new Cross system I've been fitted with. She helped me get to grips with the app and took me through testing the equipment in different situations. Her customer service skills were excellent and she really put me at ease.

Great staff in the hearing clinic the assessment was carried out in plenty of time no rushing and explained every step by step.

Rebecca was so friendly, in a professional manner and explained everything thoroughly, but didn't overload.

Ruth the audioligist at Boots in Chesterfield was extremely helpful in the testing and the various options.

Everything was straightforward from arrival. Sequence of events was logical and well definded and demonstrated.

My elderly parents have been supported by the hearing service at Boots for a couple of years now.
We have to mention Rebecca who has been kind, caring and understanding as well as professional and skilled in her assessments.
She has gone out of her way to accommodate my parents when they have made mistakes with appointment times and turned up “ on spec”.
She has had a huge amount of patience with them and I can’t thank her enough.
