Boots in Central Six Coventry provide excellent hearing services.

Amrit, Mahtab and Sam are fantastic audiologists.

Very good service from all staff from reception desk to the 3 hearing dept staff.

Today I met Mahtab at Coventry Boots for check up with my new hearing aids. He was so good at explaining how and what to do with my hearing aids. This is all new to me and someone like him can make so much difference. I feel more confident now. Boots is lucky to have him.

Amrit my Audiologist made the whole experience really good, I have coem to Boots Hearingcare as I am waiting for a fitting from the NHS!! (Will use these as back ups!!) She is gently and softly spoke and communicaes really well, explaining the different options availabel very well.

The audiologist was extremely pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her.
She was very patient with me and explained all the questions I asked her.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone within my sphere of friends or family.

The audiologist was very friendly, she explained everything clearly and gave me time to ask questions. I was given time to try out some hearing aids and various options explained to me . I felt listened to and cared for.

Man on medicines/prescription counter today was unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Late 50s grey hair and beaed. Totally in the wrong job no customer service skills disgusting

Compared to hearing aids I bought years ago. I found them very advanced and professional with after care, which I didn’t get before. Very happy.

My hearing test was very extensive and carried out with care. The audiologist was friendly, helpful, professional and put me at ease. I have now got my new hearing aids which are very comfortable and I can hear without any problems.

Although this is a national franchise, the quality of service feels like an independent and customer focused business - from checking in through to assessment and feedback.
Pleased to say that it also seems much easier to get through by phone than it has done for the past few years.

The lady spent quality time explaining the whole process direct to my 90 year old Mother & ensured she was aware of everything that would happen during the examination
