Boots called to cancel the appointment. This is the third time my hearing aid appointment has been cancelled but this time very little notice. Looks like I have to invest in new hearing aids somewhere else.

Three months ago I gave in. I was tired of not hearing when in company or when watching I booked an appointment with Andrew in Boots, Crescent Link, and I’ve never looked back. Andrew took my slowly through the whole experience. I previously had hearing aids through the NHS but I just couldn’t tolerate them. I would recommend anyone to see Andrew at Boots. My life is 100%better since I got them. Thanks Andrew

The Best Hearing Test ever…
I recently had a hearing test at Boots Hearingcare, Crescent Link, Waterside, Derry-Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The Audiologist Andrew Brown was exceptionally good. I experienced a warm welcome and a thoroughly professional examination and conversation regarding my hearing issues. Andrew Brown was informative and advisory. He gave me a sense of clarity. I was able to test the hearing aids that are the most appropriate for me. I had an enjoyable hearing test. It was an excellent experience and I look forward to purchasing my hearing aids in the near future on one of the Boots Hearingcare Payment Plans which are the best currently available. I left my hearing test with a renewed sense of optimism and I thank Andrew Brown at Boots Hearingcare, for this.

My hearing test was conducted by a very experienced audiologist ( Andy Brown).He took time to talk me through the hearing test and explain the process.I found the whole experience very informative. Andy has a very nice manner and put me at ease through out the test.
